這兩天聖誕節，帶姑媽來南寧玩，選了這家有嶺南特色的酒店，房間乾淨衞生也有暖氣，自助早餐種類蠻多的可以隨便吃，聖誕節裝飾很漂亮，佈置的氛圍很温馨，入住體驗很nice，有機會再來南寧還會選擇這家酒店住。

特別不愉快的一次入住，攜程上訂了大床房，到酒店在前台排隊等辦理入住等了四十分鐘，十幾分鍾還辦理不好一位客入，好不容易輪到我了，説查不到訂單，又把訂單號扔給他才查到，查到後説沒大床房了，要住就住雙床房，哎，火冒啊，前台服務員還説，沒辦法，要住就住，不住就退，態度差得不行，到房間後，更悲催了，房間衞生差得要死，牙杯上，燒水壺上全是圬，都不敢用，牙都沒刷，！！！！就這麼將就了一晚。退房後停車還得交30元的停車費，無語了！！！！！
