The aparthotel is located on the outskirts of Nantes, an additional 15 minutes' walk from the nearest tram station (about 20 minutes from the center). The rooms are large (living room plus bedroom) and well-equipped. The exterior of the building needs cosmetic renovation, but the interior is in near-perfect condition. The hotel requires a deposit of 250-500 euros (the amount depends on the length of your stay). You can leave the deposit in cash (they were reluctant). However, please note that reception is open from 8/9 a.m. to 5/6 p.m. We had an early check-out at 4 a.m., and the issue of how we could collect the deposit on the day of check-in was never resolved. The evening before check-out, I came to reception, explained our situation again, and took the deposit. During our stay, there was a strange incident: during the day, an aparthotel employee entered our room without knocking, claiming that the previous guests had "forgotten something in the refrigerator." They chalked this misunderstanding up to his inexperience. About a 10-minute walk from the hotel, there's a huge E. Leclerc supermarket, along with several restaurants and an excellent bakery.

The place was great, spacious and comfortable, the only problem was the heating control, which had to be adjusted by reception.
