The location is excellent, and the hotel staff are incredibly friendly. Housekeeping is also very efficient. The room's bed and overall environment are comfortable, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and get great natural light. It's a shame the bathroom doesn't have an external window and lacks a complete wet/dry separation, making it prone to slipperiness. You need to be careful after using it. However, if it's cleaned thoroughly every day, that problem could be solved. There's a small supermarket across from the hotel, and a bakery and coffee shop right next door. The amenities nearby are also excellent. Highly recommended!

Traveling as a family, we booked 5 rooms. We received a very warm welcome. The rooms are well soundproofed, simple with a minimalist feel, and clean. The firm mattresses ensured everyone had a good night's sleep. The hotel has a family-friendly vibe, is extremely well-located, easily accessible on foot, and well-served by public transport. Parking is convenient with plenty of covered spaces. Breakfasts are varied, comprehensive, with quality local products, offered over extended hours, and personalized with a smile for every guest.

No bath but apart from that amazing.

The hotel is very well located in the city center. The room was very spacious and well-equipped, with complimentary drinks and snacks. However, the air conditioning doesn't seem sufficient on the seventh and top floor, even outside of a heatwave. The bathroom floor is higher than the bedroom floor: water could overflow...

Right in the middle of everything, I came for a wedding. The town hall is 5 minutes away, perfect for walking in high heels. The church is 5 minutes away on the other side, and there's a café terrace in the middle. Bus and tram stop right outside the door.

The building and hotel are very French in style. The rooms are cleaned every day, which is great. The breakfast is quite rich. The air conditioning in the room is very cold and the shower in the bathroom is very comfortable. It is not bad for a single person on a business trip, but it is a bit crowded for a family.

It was easily accessible by tram and bus, and the room was very clean. Personally, I was very happy that there was a bathtub. I was able to relax! Thank you for your attentive service.

The room was a bit old, but the location was very convenient, right on a main road in the city center. There were bus stops and various stations right outside. The hotel staff were very nice. Overall, it was good value for money.
