Hôtel très bien situé, personnels agréables. Chambre simple et propre. Petit déjeuner bien. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Propre bien placé pour une nuit c était trop bien

TO FLEE ! We had booked this hotel which is located very close to the center which is convenient for visiting the city! The welcome is very friendly. Which highlights the service... We arrived in a room that must have been "large", we were quickly disillusioned! We had to go through the reception, then the parking lot and finally enter what they call the "annex" building to go up to our room (3 different codes each time, do you know Boyard?). This, every time we wanted to regain it. When we wanted to use a towel, I'll spare you the details: disgusting, it was stained red. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. Even if it is not a 3*, the hygiene really leaves something to be desired. The towel was brought back to reception, who offered to leave another one in the room. Guess? It was not stained red but brown... And to top it all off, there was a power cut on the evening of December 31st when we were getting ready. Last things, which are small details given our experience in this hotel: no access for people with disabilities, poorly arranged and narrow room, the noise of the building door each time it opens is heard since (very ) poorly soundproofed. The Hôtel Logis Châteaubriant is definitely one to avoid!

This hotel not only has a very late check-in but even after 5pm it was very difficult for the person at the reception to open the door for us. It is an old mansion that needs urgent remodeling. We were on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep and very narrow. The room is normal but without air conditioning and instead a cheap fan takes care of the climate. Without a doubt we will not return.

Hotel bien situado, con un personal muy atento, pero también con alguna limitación en cuanto a servicios e instalaciones, y no solo porque la recepción solo está abierta en dos tramos horarios, una por la mañana y otra por la tarde. Las habitaciones y las camas son tirando a pequeñas y los cuartos de baño son un poco antiguos, no les vendría mal una actualización. En cualquier caso, por el precio que tiene tampoco es una mala opción si quieres estar en la zona centro de Nantes.
