The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient near the city center and main attractions, super markets and a few restaurants. Simple hotel, rooms elevator and a little breakfast area. Most of the staff was friendly and willing to help. There is always the grumpy less friendly one that reminds you are still in france.

Overall, it was fine, although there were some areas where it could be improved. The reception staff was friendly. Check-in was at 2:00 PM, and we arrived promptly, but we were told the room wouldn't be ready for another two hours. After telling them we weren't happy with it, they gave it to us in 20 minutes. The parking system isn't very practical; you have to go to the hotel to pick up a card, so you have to find a parking space before you can leave it in the parking lot. The carpet wasn't vacuumed during our two-day stay; I know this because there was a white thread on it, and it remained there. The trash can wasn't emptied, and the bathroom had a loose tile that looked like it might fall off at any moment. The view was of an interior courtyard, and there was a construction site across the street. The smell in the room was like feet; it wouldn't go away even after airing. Breakfast, at 10 euros per person, is expensive for what they offer; it's better to go to the bakery on the corner. There's no minibar in the room, so you can't count on cold water.
