位置比較好，就在星湖101，停車方便。
房間還是比較小的，窗户外面是其他房間的窗户，所以隔音略差。
空調很好，制熱很快，網絡正常，電視的話能看的有線電視頻道不少，可惜不支持投屏，裝修設備稍微有點舊了
