The staff is friendly, especially the cleaning lady who made the room. Good and friendly security guard at the building. The management is responsive in queries, very efficient. Good amenities nearby a big shopping mall and other shops that practically sell everything you need. There is a night market just 150m away, and metro station at the basement.

Its not a hotel where you have room service or anuthing. But atleast they need to have a system of check in. Even that was not there. Agreed its home stay. But the room was fully equipped with everything . AC WAS TOPNOTCH.

Room was clean, looks cozy with panoramic views. Great location, next to the shopping mall; MixC. It has a washing machine but no dryer.

Cleanliness: perfect. Cannot fault it. Location: not close to any tourist areas but it's in the same building as the metro station and a shopping mall which is very convenient. Service: not much service to review since there's no check-in desk, cleaner etc. I had to contact the staff to find out how to do a self check-in. It would have been nice if they contacted me instead. Amenities: I was disappointed. It's a beautiful room. I love the decor and I liked having a microwave and fridge. However, there was no stove, cutlery, plates, bowls, cooking equipment or utensils etc. When I have stayed at other self-catering accomodations in the past, all those things were provided. This meant I couldn't cook my own food like I had planned. I may as well have booked a hotel instead. It's very confusing because there was lots of storage for all the kitchenware and cookware. It's very inconvenient for me because I am on a strict diet after recovering from surgery and I still wish to travel, requiring me access to a fully equipped kitchen to cook my meals. Overall: if you don't want to cook your own meals when traveling, I would recommend this place because of the cleanliness, location and the beautiful decor. If you do want to cook, then you will have to book somewhere else.
