staff nice and helpful rooms clean and comfortable children play room available - very nice but strong musty smell and AC makes the area so cold I wanted to put on a jacket. breakfast in a different hotel a few buildings away - they should include this information before reservation. the view from the other buildling wasn't as good as advertised.

Excellent location, right next to night market, lots of food options downstairs. Walkable to everything. Good value for money. Wouldn’t let us check in early even room was available. Breakfast was good, had kids playroom. Overall I would recommend.

The bathroom lacks privacy, water leaks out during showers, and there aren't enough power outlets, making it difficult to charge devices.

The front desk staff, both morning and evening, were friendly and welcoming, actively helping us find nearby attractions and restaurants. The hotel facilities were clean and convenient to use. It would be even better if there were more breakfast options.

The lobby is so beautiful and we can see the lake from the balcony in our room. The hotel is clean and the facilities also good.

Great location at Sun Moon Lake, and the staff members are very friendly and help. Kids loved the playroom.

Near Ita Dhao peir and cable car. But the hotel is sub standard, breakfast is poor.

The Hotel is actually 3 star grade. Location is good and just 7 minutes walk to the bus stop and the market. No swimming pool in hotel & breakfast is just normal. It has playground for kids so i would recommend for family who wants budget hotel.

Great hotel in a great location. But the town is not very exciting for Westerners. The breakfast was not good.
