Excellent view of the lake, wonderful five-star resort hotel, hotel service is excellent,  breakfast buffet is excellent  Make sure you stay more than one night because Sun Moon Lake is worthy of a longer visit then 1 night.  the room comes with free drinks and snacks, coffee machine, and coffee.

A fantastic lake view was all I expected from this hotel, and it was adorable. I think the room with a lake view is worth it. The buffet of dinner and breakfast was really nice.
People were kind. The hotel provides 28 types of pillows!! I picked 3 types of latex pillow, and I could enjoy my sweet dreams.

My stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The most incredible hotel I have ever stayed in!! I had a mountain view but next time I go back I will pay more for the lake view. This hotel is unbelievable. The view, location, food, staff is all absolutely perfect. If you’re debating booking, stay for the night. You won’t want to leave!

In terms of dining, the Jade Luminous serves Taiwanese and Sichuan foods. Crimson is a nice venue to enjoy dishes from different countries. In the afternoon, guests can head to the lobby lounge where coffee, English tea, juice and desserts are provided.
When it comes to relaxation, guests can spend some time in the Water World on the first floor, or get pampered at the Qi Shiseido Salon and spa. Those loving something more energetic may work out at the gym. Meanwhile, children accompanied by adults may enjoy themselves at the on-site playground.
To reduce plastic wastage, we provide Blupura Italian Sparkling Water Dispenser on each floor. Please use in-room glass water bottles to refill fresh and clean water.
