The hotel is located on the sea side, the view is very nice. There is a bus station in front of the hotel. It's better to bring your own car to have the trip more convenient. If you ask for bikes, you might get the reply that it is better to rent the bike at Shuishe pier as it is too dangerous to use the road in front of the hotel. They don't seem to be very prepared for individual travellers. Breakfast and dinner are good and fresh, and you may find a lot of different dishes. The staff are friendly and kind, even if there are many who don't speak English.

Excellent view of the lake, wonderful five-star resort hotel, hotel service is excellent,  breakfast buffet is excellent  Make sure you stay more than one night because Sun Moon Lake is worthy of a longer visit then 1 night.  the room comes with free drinks and snacks, coffee machine, and coffee. Will stay again

A fantastic lake view was all I expected from this hotel, and it was adorable. I think the room with a lake view is worth it. The buffet of dinner and breakfast was really nice. People were kind. The hotel provides 28 types of pillows!! I picked 3 types of latex pillow, and I could enjoy my sweet dreams.

The most incredible hotel I have ever stayed in!! I had a mountain view but next time I go back I will pay more for the lake view. This hotel is unbelievable. The view, location, food, staff is all absolutely perfect. If you’re debating booking, stay for the night. You won’t want to leave!
