Room location is 2-3 mins walk from lobby. Place is 5-10 mins away from the tourism bus drop off point. Room is ok just that walls are very thin.

It was raining for the entire two days while staying there. The staff was super nice to help out buying food. The facilities and the cleanness are however not up to standard.

Location wise 👌👌👌. Pretty quiet coz it's a 10min walk away from the buzz of the town. Love the over all ambiance of the place!!!! Had two nights, and on the 3rd and was abt to check out, i noticed red itchy spots on both of my lower extrem. Bed bugs i guess. But other than the bed bugs, i sooooo love the place!!! 😍😍😍

Everything was okay, hostel was a little bit far from the bus stop but nevertheless still a good location. Breakfast was not for us because we are used to having heavy breakfast meals and vegetables and a sandwich isn't enough for our big appetite. I would certainly recommend the hotel and be back to stay longer.

About 5-7 minutes walk from the Sun moon lake drop off area, which was convenient. The room was a lot bigger than I expected, did not expect to have an additional bed as I was travelling solo. With another travelling companion it would be really worth the price. There was even an entire outside area! Staff were friendly, and also provided breakfast, which was nice. The location of the room is about another 2-3 minutes walk from the reception, and was quiet and relaxing even in the day. Only concern might be that the rooms might feel abit old (being a wooden cabin and all) and eerie at night, since there is not much lighting. Also WiFi is not very good in the room

Great location near bus station and yummy food and steps from the lake. Claire was very nice and helpful. I would definitely return ! Sun moon lake is beautiful- we biked all the way around it !

Spacious room after being upgraded, very much appreciated. Good and quiet location, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Couldn’t have been asking for more for our 3 days/2nights stop at the Sun Moon Lake

Enjoyed my stay here. The service was extremely good, the reception very kindly recommended us places to visit. The hotel sells bicycle rental voucher with papago (bike rental shop) at a discounted price of NTD 100 for a full day rental (8am to 5pm) and also round trip boat ride tickets at NTD 250. Hotel rooms are clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast here starts at 8.30 to 9.30 and it was simple but good. The hotel is about 6 minutes away from the bus terminal in Shuishe Visitor Centre. It's recommended to think twice before booking if you have too much luggage as you have to walk by the roadside (no pedestrian lane). Also, the hotel reception is located separately from the hotel so be prepared to walk about 3 minutes to your room. Note there's quite a steep slope here to the rooms and there are wooden planks you have to pull your bag over. The nearest 7 Eleven is also at the Visitor Centre so you have to walk out there.
