Hardware equipment began to become old and damaged and was not properly maintained. The staff training is quite poor. The older ones are okay, but the younger ones are not good at all. Maybe it is due to environmental factors... If compared with other hotels nearby... I will not stay here again!

景觀和餐點沒話說，我要講的是服務。 婚宴時我帶了家人的遺物二胡放在主桌座位（我是新人） 結束時發現他被斷頭，但是好好的放在原來的位置上 顯然是有人把他碰掉又撿起來放好（連碰壞的部分一起） 12/11事發後詢問飯店有沒有監視器可調閱 到現在仍是已讀不回，也無電話關心 我從一開始就沒一口咬定是飯店人員弄壞的 或許是我自己、親友、或飯店工作人員 但我還是想了解真實情況 可飯店卻連應付我說句「抱歉我們沒有監視器」都懶 直到12/21我在google寫了評論⋯ 得到的回應是飯店表示因為我當天沒有報案，無法調閱監視器畫面，會觸犯他人隱私權與妨害秘密罪 也許在法律上飯店講的是事實 但我要調的畫面是宴會廳，不是房間 出入的人都是工作人員以及我們的親友 我連知道真相的權利都沒有嗎 也許飯店是認為我們小題大作不想理會 我們只是不重要的小小小客戶而已 將近兩星期了只給我一個罐頭官方回覆？ 我在意的只是監視器畫面嗎？ 是飯店根本不把客戶的感受當一回事 若飯店覺得自己的處理方式沒問題 那也只能祝他們生意興隆了

三萬多一晚的旅館，服務品質如此之差就算了，泳池沒有過濾清潔的情況下完全沒告知房客，跳進去才發現全是油跟青苔，周遭完全沒有工作人員還要我們自己去詢問泳池是否有問題才知道不行游。拜託去住附近其他旅館絕對都比這間好！

訂房時只有低樓層，辦理入住時Maggie大堂副理特別優惠升等高樓層。風景真的很漂亮，由高處可一覧整個日月潭的全景，美不勝收。溫泉池面對的是湖景，還有一個陽台也可以觀賞夕陽及日出的日月潭變化的美景，1樓的大堂挑高很高、頂樓的泳池、一泊二食（美食）。完全是五星級等值的享受。

我們這次選擇一泊二食的方案，早餐豐富，選擇很多，但是晚餐的牛排非常不行，肉熟到連刀子都切不下去🙄雖然其他前菜都不錯，主餐部分後來有請廚房再幫我換一份， 一客3000元的價位，主餐是這樣子的方式呈現實在無法接受⋯
