The hotel is in a very convenient location, sraff are friendly, rooms are clean and well decorated. I strongly recommend you to stay while travelling in Nanyang city.

Nice staff, good breakfast, gym opening hours a bit strange but at all solid choice.

I was here after being refused at a hotel that doesn't accept foreigners. It is a good hotel like all brand-name western hotels.

Check in for foreigner us a real pain in the neck. I was even asked to justify my entrance location in China. It took me at least 15 mn for the hotel staff to be “satisfied “ with my answers . Otherwise room was great

Well well. Not easy times for foreigners in China when you go to small tiers cities. Only 3 hotels in Nanyang Aon Trip. The check-in was okay until I was asked proof of exit quarantine even though I arrived in China 2 months before. They told me there is a rule that you need a proof within 3 monthes. The staff was also embarrassed as they understood it was stupid, fortunately i had a picture of a paper I had in centralised quarantine and everyone was happy. A bit later they asked me twice for my passeport as my passport is special so I can't blame them so much. To apologize they offered me a big plate of fresh fruits, very nice gesture, not every hotel do that. Small gym,. swimming pool and the restaurant buffet is well furnished for a city like Nanyang. The hotel location is not in downtown tho. A good quick stay thanks to a capable and smart staff, who understood foreigners troubles in China, keep up the good work!

The front desk service was very warm and thoughtful, and they also gave us small cookies, which was very considerate.

Very good old-fashioned five-star hotel, the reception was very warm, Manager Feng was enthusiastic, helped us to the room when we checked in, and recommended special dishes to us for breakfast. I will stay here again next time

I passed by this place on my way home for the Spring Festival. It should be the most luxurious hotel in Nanyang, with first-class facilities, luxurious lobby, clean and hygienic rooms, good surrounding environment, good hotel service and good breakfast.

This time I went back to my husband's house and stayed in this hotel temporarily. The location is good, the room is great, and the most important thing is the service quality. I have to say it's amazing. All the staff responded very quickly, warm-hearted and patient. Next time I go back, I will only stay here and will not change. Recommended!

The bathrobe in the room was dirty, and when I changed into another one, it was even dirtier. I also want to complain about the hair dryer. It took me nearly 20 minutes to dry my long hair with such a small hair dryer! Too bad!
