Did not feel welcome. Had a terrible time checking in did not accommodate! Will not be booking here again ever in life

The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk service was amazing also. Would definitely stay there again

Love how staff is friendly, knowledge, and very helpful. Would recommend for small family, single or couple. Only thing I didn't like is having to book only 1 month at a time, 2 would be reasonable for holiday planning or unique situations.

Wifi is really horrible. Biggest problem i had with my stay. Even at 4am it was really slow orbquit working. Under 75, it was a good room. Just assume no internet

Sat around for 20 minutes trying to check in. Ended up checking in 30 minutes after check in time. Also, the maid pounding on the door at 9:50 asking if we're checking out or not. Check out us at 11am and she wouldn't stop knocking until i answered the door.

First room bathroom leak floor with water around toilet, second room no in room refrigerator, upon check out front desk personnel refused to print an invoice with expenses during stay showing charges

The room had a toilet that wobbled, and kept filling with water after flushing. The room was cold or hot, never quite right. Cars and trucks were very loud.

Before arriving at hotel, my wallet was stolen. I xalled hotel and told them. Asked if they would take cash for deposite. NOPE, no cash register. It was late at night and I said I can't get a credit card till next day.. Told me okay, we will work something out. Get to hotel, Won't work wiithme at all. Won't let me into room despite it being completely paid for. Won't let me provide my dad's card next morning because "he has to be present to swipe." Ask for suggestions, he says nothing. After an hour andhalf, I decide to get a gift card to put down the deposit. I finally get room. Get in room, no hot water, no lights in bathroom and toilet won't flush. Told someone would look at next day. No one came. Called next day. Wanted to move me to 3rd floor but I am handicapped and can't do stairs. Finally after two days with no access to a bathroom or shower, they found a handicapped room Second room had no hot water. I will not return here.
