Excellent welcome, very available for every need, they immediately made us feel as if we were at home. Spacious room with kitchen, a great convenience especially with small children. Excellent location a stone's throw from the station. We will definitely be back.

I asked Google what qualities a bed & breakfast host should have? The response received was: the role of the host must always be secondary, compared to the guests. They are the ones who have to have the spotlight on them, they are the ones who have to live a unique experience. In this B&B we risked having something else in focus, something other than the spotlight and in any case we lived a unique negative experience of its kind and I hope unrepeatable. As long as there were no problems, the two hosts behaved kindly, helpfully, attentively and thoughtfully, but when problems arose due to them and the carelessness of their collaborators, things suddenly deteriorated. They insulted us that we were the worst customers they had had and threatened to never return to Naples. You will wonder what happened. On the last day of our stay at this property, we asked if we could leave our bags and that we would come and collect them before going to the station. For our luggage they gave us a small room with a door that in their opinion would always be open and we could come and collect it whenever we wanted. When we went to collect them, the door (which was armored) of the small room was locked. Alarmed and very worried because to go to the station we would have had to take the subway, we asked the host to come immediately because we risked missing the train. The host arrived, not with the original keys or with a passpartout or with the duplicate, but with an x-ray plate. Amazed and incredulous that a host doesn't have duplicate keys, we witnessed a horrifying scene. The host tried to force the lock with the plate, once, twice, a thousand times without ever succeeding. Then he called the other partner and he also didn't have the keys and he started doing the labors of Hercules with the slab in his hand... meanwhile time passed and we were increasingly anxious about missing the train and aware that those clumsy attempts would never have opened that door. In the meantime they also told us a load of lies, telling us that the door had been closed by a guest of the facility who had made herself unreachable.......instead it had been closed by their cleaning assistant who had taken away the keys and was untraceable. After having suggested that they call a locksmith, the carpenter from the company on the ground floor or the fire brigade, they, undaunted, continued to try with that useless x-ray plate and in the meantime while we urged them to come up with something more decisive and decisive for the opening of the door, both hosts began to insult us and curse us with words that are offensive to say is a small thing. Finally tired of putting up with their insults and rudeness and of seeing this depressing spectacle of useless attempts and now terrified of missing the train, I called

Very convenient location near the Mergellina metro, just outside the center a stone's throw from the stroller on the seafront. easy to reach the center by public transport. Very kind and helpful staff in every aspect. The room where we were guests is very beautiful, large and welcoming, plus it also has a kitchenette which is always useful with children in tow. The only thing that can be improved is the quality of the mattresses. Absolutely. We will definitely be back

I am Neapolitan and I stayed at the turret for 3 nights with 3 other Veronese families who came with us to visit Naples....a unique experience like the owner (Daniele)..what can I say, stay in the Caracciolo room... WONDERFUL... Daniele is so kind and helpful like few others, highly recommended for courtesy, for location, but above all for the impeccable service... Hi Daniele, see you soon...

We stayed just one night, found it quickly at 7pm on Sunday, while we were looking for a b&b on Maps, recommended by another fully booked b&b. We were fearful because we didn't know the area or the staff. Instead, within a quarter of an hour the very kind person in charge arrived. We had a huge studio apartment, very nice, nice and clean, with every comfort and air conditioning. Many towels, soap and shower gel kits. There is even a washing machine that we didn't have time to use and a small balcony. A stone's throw from the seafront (about 2 minutes crossing the road). Pizzerias nearby. We took the car to the center, it will be about 10 minutes. Breakfast included delivered to your room. It is located in a somewhat shabby building, but upon entering the apartment we removed this detail. there is also a lift and blue parking lines in front. Super satisfying all at a very attractive price

Chambre sans âme. Lit certainement de récupération de poubelles complètement usé et déchiré Douche avec moisissures Petit déjeuner ridicule, boisson chaude et croissant pâteux (vidé quelques temps après) Navette aéroport prévue dans le site de réservation inexistante.

La habitacion es muy comoda, y cabe destacar que cada vez que hemos necesitado algo el personal nos ha intentado complacer con muchisima amabilidad. Tenemos ganas de volver pronto, nos hemos sentido como en casa.
