There's no visible entrance, so I couldn't find the place. I called, but no one answered, and my online messages were ignored. When I checked Google Maps, it showed that the actual location was different from what was listed. It felt like I'd booked a ghost hotel! I couldn't even get a refund, so I just booked another hotel immediately.

I arrived at the hotel around 10 PM, but the staff had already gone home and I couldn't contact them, so I couldn't check in. A young woman with a suitcase was left dragging her suitcase around looking for another hotel. The check-in address was on a different street, not the one listed on the platform, and there were no signs indicating where to go. I couldn't find it until I checked the reviews and found someone had posted the address. I learned my lesson the hard way for not reading reviews before booking. They wouldn't check me in, wouldn't refund my money, and were incredibly arrogant. I've never encountered a hotel like this before.

(Based on other reviews, it seems like people have had difficulty.) Just staying at the hotel is a real hassle based on the information listed on the website. It said reception was open until 9 PM, so I booked, assuming the hotel would handle it. Please make the accommodation information more clear. It seems that many guests have expressed their concerns, so I would like to see improvements. (The hotel I stayed at was in a great location, so I think it's a shame.)

Choosing the PC Boutique H Napoli Centro hotel, part of Grupo ClaPa, was a terrible choice. When I booked it, I paid a fee, and a few days before check-in, they harassed me with a €200 deposit, a contract, and another €118 fee, in addition to the €108 I had paid at the time of booking. This was all for municipal taxes, local taxes, and room cleaning. In total, I paid €423, with the guarantee that they would refund the €200 deposit within 15 days (excluding weekends). They were very rude and demanded that if I didn't pay the deposit, they wouldn't send me the room access information. I had already regretted it because I felt scammed by what they were charging me, but I didn't want to lose the €126 I had already paid, so I took a chance and paid it. In the end, I was scammed because they wouldn't give me access to the hotel I had seen on Trip.com and where I had booked, the PC Boutique H Napoli Centro hotel. They gave me a fifth-floor room very far from this hotel. It was very ugly, small, and the AC didn't work. It was horrible to stay there for 3 nights. Don't make reservations for this hotel or for the Clapa group. It's a scam. They charge you too much, it's not worth it, and they don't give you the hotel you booked. Totally disappointed.

Easy access, room with air conditioning and mini fridge.

The service provided by the Clara Group employees was horrible. When I made the reservation, the hotel was the PC Boutique, yesterday to check in they asked for a deposit of 200 euros and changed the hotel after I received an access code. I called several times for an explanation without success, the lady had written to me on WhatsApp too late and refused my calls. I called the police and reported it. So, indeed it was terrible, I paid the deposit twice and even more amounts. I am really sad about all this and as the information is not in the trip with this practice which is like phishing ... I asked for the cancellation right away and they refused, the employees are not professional. After in the new room address 20 minutes walk... Room not clean, bed with horrible noise, I can't even sleep.... Me and my wife are hoping for a reaction from you.

The service was disastrous, when I checked in I was confirmed that everything was confirmed for my stay but when I arrived on site I was not given the right address and especially the right codes to enter my hotel room, I arrived at 8 p.m. and so no one to help me I had to find another way to sleep in another country alone it's shameful so I lost a night without being reimbursed and the next day it was very complicated again to get my room back. Also they asked me for 200€ of additional fees notified nowhere and especially a security deposit of 200€ that I never received. I have never seen that it was catastrophic. I do not recommend at all run away!
