ForiArt Relais

We stayed for 11 nights and look forward to returning! Isi is a most welcoming and accommodating host. ForiArt Relais is fresh, spacious and artistically designed. Ours was a large, elegant room with French windows and balcony overlooking Via Foria. There are 5 rooms at ForiArt Relais and a communal area with coffee-making machines. We find such accommodations provide a more authentic experience than large corporate/tourist hotels. Breakfast is a voucher for a drink and a pastry at the nearby Bar Rescigno. Metres away from the BnB there is a bank ATM and Market Deco supermarket. You can eat very well (and for less) in this neighbourhood. Michelin-star restaurant Januarius is around the corner on Via Duomo and is definitely not to be missed! The BnB is conveniently located at the edge of the old city, close to many main attractions -- but away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist traps, the throng of tourists, the bric-a-brac shops and two-a-dime pizzerias with hassling waiters, and the cruise-ship walking tours. A five-minute walk on Via Foria in one direction is the breathtaking National Museum of Archaeology, and in the other direction, the peaceful (and free) Orto Botanical Gardens. Walk through the historic Sanita district for a true flavour of old Neapolitan life. Beyond and above is the Capodimonte palace, art gallery and park overlooking the city. Anyone preparing to visit Naples by reading Elena Ferrante’s brilliant Neapolitan quartet will recognise in the old apartment building occupying ForiArt, a courtyard just like that where young Elena and Lila play and dream. Climbing the stone stairs to our room, we were fully expecting to run into Don Achille or hear Nunzia Cerullo calling down to her errant daughter.

The B&B is located close to the historic Center. Easy to explore the old town. The room was big with a very high ceiling. I finally felt I had some space. Beautifully renovated and decorated. I left my cell phone behind and Isidora was so helpful in returning it to me. She also helped us with parking when we first arrived, she hopped im our car and found a Parkade for us. Naples is a crazy city to drive in and parking is even crazier. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful B&B

Room was clean, nice and cosy. Property is owned by very nice couple. Very good accomodation, in busy location. Rosy and her husband are great and very helpful. The only issue was the breakfast, there was really unfriendly staff at the caffeteria Rescigno, where the breakfast took place. Otherwise was everything great.

Central, walkable and quiet!

Rosy and Gianni are managing this nice bed&breakfast hotel in the centre of Naples. The hotel is somewhat hidden in an inner courtyard. The rooms were modern and clean. Both were very friendly supportive during our stay, e.g. by providing restaurant and trip recommendations etc.. We would chose this hotel again for a city trip in Naples.
