B&B Terrazza Nazionale

the location is good and it's quite environment too. but no breakfast or any other services

The room was clean and well equipped such as hair dryer, tv, aircon, water heater for coffee and tea and most of all a tiny fridge. The lady incharge was very welcoming and friendly.

The hotel is located 17 minutes from the central bus station. The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, and hot and cold water in the shower. Cons: the room wasn't cleaned even once in three days, and they didn't provide new towels or paper towels, even though the description stated daily cleaning. There was also open tea and coffee from previous guests. The description stated checkout was by 11 a.m., but on the day of checkout, they said I had to leave by 10 a.m. or pay for an extra night.

location okay, stairs and entry door inconvenient. Bathroom shower nozzle broken, bench in bathroom dangerous to hit your head as you sit on the toilet. Service was good communication.

Check-in process was a little complicated as I had to check in after 1 pm, when there is no staff present on site. Check-in is done through WhatsApp, where communication was complex and took a while. Location is good, but it is along the side of a busy road, so it gets very noisy, even in the middle of the night. Soundproofing is also poor, so you can clearly hear guests in neighbouring rooms. If you are bringing bulky luggage, be warned, as the path from the train station is very rocky and not paved, so it will be a challenge getting there. The rooms are located up a flight of stairs as well. It is not far from the city centre/touristy areas though, took me 45min walk max, but it will be extremely unpleasant if you walk with luggage. As many other reviewers noted, don't let the name fool you; there is absolutely no breakfast. Other than the lack of soundproofing and inconvenient to walk to the location, the place was fantastic, and I had a comfortable stay!

It is very close to the train and bus station. It was convenient for us. There arw restaurants and markets nearby. For the check in you have to communicate your check in time for somebody to be there.

The entrance was in front of a burning trash area, so it had a lot of smoke coming in. The actual stay was alright, although there were so many flies in the hallways.
