The staff was super nice, the place very clean; well located and a lovely cafeteria area with tea, coffee and biscuits. 2 things that spoilt it a bit: the breakfast was served outside the B&B and you were only allowed one Sri k one specific slize of only certain things. Also bear in mind the car park is paid-for;5 mn walk and 20 euros per day.

Good B&B. Breakfast is down the street and restricted to a drink and a pastry. Other B&Bs offer more food. The broken showerhead was fixed fot our last day. Very helpful service.

It a typical old city down town accommodation with a large balcony. The room/ bathroom was modern and clean. The building and surroundings give a real feeling of old Napoli and offer an easy access to train station and port.Our hostess Francesca was easy to reach and was super helpful. We recommend this place.

A very good spot to stay, centre of all the best of Napoli, very good price for all the convenience.
Absolutely top notch superstar host, Francesca. She is very kind, patient, helpful, flexible, gives personalized advice. She is a major part of our enjoyment and satisfaction with our visit. She deserves and promotion and a raise! :)

This was a small, simply but tastefully decorated
Room. The bathroom was new and spotlessly clean. Shared kitchen facilities were available and this area was immaculate. We loved getting a tea or coffee without going out. The manager was excellent. Very helpful and caring. She made contact to give us directions and guided us into the bnb. She was very knowledgeable about tours and dining opportunities in Naples and sent through a range of suggestions. The bnb is close to main station and various Metro lines. The bnb is close to the old town. It has a lift, too!

Overall the room was in good shape, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The building the rooms are in is a little bit of the dirty side and is pretty smelly as soon as you walk in, which give a bad impression when you walk in. The fridges in room were broken so you have to us the communal one. To enhance the experience of each customer those could be fixed. Also the door to my wardrobe fell off after i move it for the first time. My husband put it back on. I noticed the second door was propped on the balcony. Overall, I’d say just more attention to the small detail and overall maintenance would be good for the hotel. The check in was very easy and the staff that checked us in was very helpful and nice.

Lovely place, well situated and the room we had was perfect for us. The common area was nice with a small fridge, free coffee and tea and filtered water. Communication with the B&B was easy and they were helpful in providing tips for places to eat, visit, where to park, and even places to wash clothes, etc. The only minus is while it states it includes a free breakfast: 1) It's an Italian breakfast i.e. one drink (coffee, tea or juice) and one sweet pastry (culture adaption needed as we are more of a yoghurt, fresh fruit, and eggs family :-)) and 2) it's served a cafe within a few minutes (＜5min) walking distance from the B&B. The staff at the cafe are super friendly and the pastries were fresh and delicious, which we took as a afternoon snack. I would stay here again.

A superb accommodation from every aspect. The best hosts passible, Rosario & Francesca, available for every question or request you might have, before and during the stay. The location, 10 min walk from Via Toledo and the Port, 2 min from the supermarket and 1 min from the coffee bar (where you get your breakfast) Cleanest, 10 out of 10 Comfortable, 10 out of 10, we were three families (9 People), we got the whole flat for ourselves, 3 big comfortable rooms and one commune (leaving room) and we could not have asked for more And of course the price, very reasonable and very affordable So as I said, this was one of the best decisions we did on the trip. Hope I helped, Naples is wonderful and this accommodation is worth every penny, Have Fun & enjoy
