The location is good, but it is a bit difficult to walk with luggage on Shichun Road. The lighting in the room is a bit too dim, the cleanliness is average, the owner is very kind, and also introduces many nearby attractions. The street is very lively at night, and there are many snacks. I recommend the gelato of Niu Niu's signature

Certainly the good thing about this guesthouse, with the possibility of breakfast, is the location in Naples. Just behind the Plebiscite and perpendicular to via Toledo, is this structure. The latest reviews date back to 2019 now maybe something should be resumed. 22 high rungs lead to the small hall where a few rooms branch off from there. Good mattresses minus pillows, spare ones in the closet without pillowcases, a bed that creaked at every turn and a resin floor even in the shower, the toilet flushing gave you the feeling of being ****** into the underworld. At 100 meters from the structure in the Momidee cafe bar it is possible to have a small breakfast. Obviously you have to book the parking because you can swallow the car there .... and the structure made us the courtesy to book at the Nardones garage at a cost of € 25.00 per day and we were fine. In the complex for a few days if you want to stay in the center, that's fine. A star is for the girl we met in the hall who was very kind to solve a problem in the bathroom that came up the first night. Make arrangements for arrival because the times are a bit dancers. L&L

Nell’ultimo anno e mezzo,complice il meritatissimo ingresso di Napoli nelle città più visitate di Italia,sono spuntati come funghi questi sedicenti “luxury” b&b che altro non sono che delle camere (anche piuttosto piccole) in palazzi storici a davvero pochissimi passi dalle bellezze della città più affascinante del mondo dopo Rio de Janeiro (a mio modesto parere). Ecco,posizione ottima e nulla più. Il prezzo,che trattandosi di b&b,dovrebbe essere modico è in realtà altissimo se paragonato ad alberghi (ovviamente non così centrali) che però offrono colazione,parcheggio e soprattutto un servizio costante. Qui non si vede mai nessuno,la camera era davvero piccola,sporca e maleodorante,capelli sul soffione della doccia che non veniva pulito e scrostato da secoli (infatti di acqua ne esce poca). Un rumore sordo ci ha tenuti svegli tutta la notte e alla mia segnalazione hanno fatto finta di non sapere quando in realtà ne avevo già letto in qualche recensione. Dulcis in fundu ho richiesto la fattura ma tra una scusa ed un altra dopo tre mesi non è mai arrivata. Pessimo posto,pessima assistenza in tutto. La classica gente per cui uno torna poi a casa e parla male dei napoletani E da napoletano non posso accettarlo. Male male

Excelente localização, com acesso a várias atrações turísticas e que vale a pena serem conhecidas, principalmente a pé.

La struttura è in un ottima posizione consiglio vivamente, unica cosa, dite al padrone di non entrare nella stanza che potreste avere brutte sorprese

Beb in posizione centralissima, a due passi da Piazza Plebiscito, da via Toledo e dai quartieri spagnoli. Il letto è comodo, la struttura pulita e accogliente. La colazione è servita al bar nella vicina piazza, a pochi passi dalla struttura. Il proprietario, Felice, sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura l'ultimo giorno, per permetterci di girare liberamente, prima di riprendere il treno. Forse l'unica nota negativa è la mancanza di ascensore per raggiungere la hall e le camere, e questo potrebbe essere un problema per chi ha difficoltà a fare le scale. Mio marito ed io abbiamo deciso che torneremo qui per il nostro prossimo soggiorno a Napoli.

Todo muy bien, muy amables. Si considero fundamental cambiar el voucher de desayuno, ya que en la cafetería donde lo sirven no son muy amables y no tiene nada de variedad, solo croissants y café o té.
