We had a very brief stay but found the room to be roomy, comfortable and stylish. Check in staff were very helpful and polite.

We live in Israel and we are currently in a terrible war. Therefore, we are not able to attend our vacation. Not because we don't want to but because we can't. We are at WAR!!! The hotel showed no consideration at all and over and over again refused to refund us, even partially. If this is the way they treat people at war, believe me, you don't want to go there!!!

We stayed only one night, but what a wonderful surprise: super clean, very well designed, extremely comfy bed, the perfect place for a traveller! Very central location so you do not need the car and very quiet during the night. Nearby a huge selection of restaurants, pizzerie and bistros…. sorry it was for a very short stay. Yuri, the owner, organised the transfer to the airport: super collaboration with Gary the driver. Next holiday in Naples I will request him to drive us around, pleasant, efficient and punctual. Thank you and see you soon

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel can be a bit hard to find at first. The rooms were good size for what you pay. We enjoyed stepping out in the balcony and just listening to the street noise. The bed was comfortable. It is within a few minutes walk to Toledo street which is a long street with tons of shops and restaurants. I would say the only downside to the room was that the a/c only goes down to 16 degrees c and the room was still warm.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti durante la nostra visita a Napoli , prima volta in città. Il balconcino della camera da sulla via principale di Toledo, in zona Galleria Umberto I. I doppi vetri delle finestre garantiscono un buon sonno senza sentire i suoni della strada. Camera e bagno molto puliti, con arredamento minimal e moderno. Locali ben illuminati, compreso il bagno. Doccia spaziosa, set per il bagno e diversi asciugamani. La proprietaria, una ragazza napoletana, è davvero molto gentile e simpatica. Posizione comoda tra la metro Toledo e Municipio e a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e da Piazza Plebiscito.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons pu récupérer notre chambre dès 12h au lieu de 14h. Le réceptionniste était adorable il a pris le temps de nous proposer des adresses et des lieux de visites supers. La chambre était très belle et spacieuse très propre et surtout très silencieuse malgré l’emplacement en plein cœur de Naples. Un très bel établissement

Hotel bellissimo in centro a Napoli, bastava scendere le scale e si raggiungeva il viale principale che collega a piazza Plebiscito. Camere pulitissime, essendo una persona molto schizzinosa non ho trovato nulla di negativo. Molto pulito curato nel dettaglio. Beb formale arredato di buon gusto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
