The only good thing about this property was the location and the fact that the host brought breakfast every morning. Refilled everything even juice but not the bottled water. The rooms were relatively clean BUT the coffee pots for making esspresso were dirty (all 5 of them) from previous customers (possibly), items from previous customers were left behind, never cleaned. The shower head was very dirty, had to clean it myself but still couldn't clean it very well... Last but not at all least the small window inside the bathroom was full of mould... Simply unacceptable! The rooms have a lot of potential to be great, but are in desperate need of renovation...

Room cleaned regularly every day, and with change of towels, reception in the room with water, snacks and juices that were restored every morning, self-service breakfast, poor thing but in Naples you eat on every corner and surely you can find everything you prefer. Nearby there is an excellent bar at the crossroads with spaccanapoli.

The b&b is located in an elegant building in the historic center a few steps from San Gregorio Armeno. The owner is kind, reserved and available. The rooms are very clean and in the morning we found the surprise of warm croissants even though there was already everything needed for breakfast. Thanks, we will definitely be back.

Il B&B all' interno di un palazzo ottocentesco si caratterizza per un ambiente moderno, curato in ogni dettaglio e decisamente pulito. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile nel fornirci, cartina alla mano, informazioni dettagliate sui luoghi da visitare ed il giorno della partenza, poiché non aveva la stanza nuovamente occupata, ci ha permesso di continuare ad usufruirne ben oltre l' orario previsto per il check-out. Che altro dire? La colazione è varia ed abbondante con un dolcetto nuovo ogni giorno. Il nostro unico rimpianto : non aver salutato Baku il simpatico e festosissimo cagnolino della proprietaria ! Speriamo di ritornare!
