This hostel in Naples was pretty nice, not the absolute best, but in a convenient location with a pleasant atmosphere. The common areas were well-maintained enough, and overall, it was a positive experience. The only things that could be improved are the slightly dated rooms and the bathrooms, which could use more attention to cleanliness. A 4/5, which isn't bad at all.

The location is fantastic! It's just a short walk from the subway station, and there's an elevator which is really convenient if you have luggage. There's also a Conad supermarket nearby and it's right on Toledo Street, the busiest street in the area. Getting to all the attractions on foot is super easy. They have a dedicated luggage storage room on the second floor, next to the kitchen. The staff will give you a code so you can access it yourself whenever you need to. The kitchen is tiny, and so is the fridge. The kettles all have a lot of limescale, so I basically didn't expect to cook anything in there. However, the chefs here are amazing! Every time I smelled them cooking, it smelled delicious, and they even have free dinner parties every few days. I tried breakfast once, and the chef was incredibly attentive, even preparing eggs and ham specifically for me. On the flip side, some of the male cleaning staff were quite unfriendly and had a poor attitude. Most of the other staff are very kind though, especially the young ladies at the front desk and the female staff, and of course, the chefs. Just a heads up, the kitchen does close sometimes, so be mindful of the hours. I missed out on something one evening and then couldn't get it the next morning. The room itself is clean, tidy, and very spacious. There's plenty of room for four people; when I stayed, there were only two of us. There's a separate dressing room area which is great for changing clothes and such. Naples is quite unique and definitely worth visiting. San Elmo Castle was a highlight, offering beautiful sunset views, a volcano, and panoramic city views! The Naples metro also accepts credit cards, so I found traveling around to be quite easy. My only precaution is that I wouldn't walk around too late at night. During the day, I think it's perfectly fine, but always be aware of your surroundings.

This is a great social hostel to stay at within Naples. Facilities are pretty good. My only complaint is that the air conditioning is not really sufficient on hot days - of course there's a heatwave, so I'm sure that didn't help, but it was definitely difficult to escape the heat. Other that that, excellent stay.

Excellent stay! It's very convenient to take a boat to Capri from here. Even though I didn't see many Chinese tourists, I felt very safe. I even lost my key and the owner helped me unlock my luggage – they were super nice! Chinese travelers should definitely consider this place. It's really close to the ferry terminal, and Capri itself is unbelievably beautiful.

Really nice hostel to stay. Great amenities and equipments. Take-free fruits were really helpful, and if you want to save you can even make pasta! There’re some kind of event/activity every day.

People are very extrovert here , you can make friends easily and they got free pasta you can cook by yourself, the bed don’t have a curtain but it overall pretty good

The bathrooms are small, the showers are smalls, you dont know where to leave your clothes.

I generally enjoyed my stay here, and the location is perfect- felt very safe in the area and also close to many busy areas to explore. The 8 bed room I was in was large and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. There were two bathrooms for this room which was ideal. Reception was very friendly upon check in and stated they’re available 24/7, but when I tried to check out at 7am and get my food from the shared fridge, I had issues and it took a while to get a hold of anyone- and they were very rude about letting me get my food I had stored, citing kitchen closure hours that were not posted outside the kitchen/anywhere that I saw, or shared with me upon check in. This end experience really gave me a negative feeling upon departure.

It is a fantastic place for solo travellers! It is everything that is said in the listing. Good value for money. The staff works hard at keeping the place clean, but there are many many people passing through so at times the bathrooms can become dirty quickly, Excellent staff and friendly customer service that goes above and beyond. If you need your sleep and private bathroom it might not be the place for you’. It is in great proximity to tons of amazing restaurants and things to do and see. I found met many amazing humans and will remember each one of them!
