Highly, highly recommend! This was by far the best and newest hotel I stayed in during my Italy trip, especially considering the price point. It just opened in 2025. When I booked it, I was a bit worried that having both hotel rooms and a hostel might be a bit chaotic, but that wasn't the case at all! The hotel lobby is bright and modern, and the whole place is super clean. My hotel room even had a balcony on a separate floor. The staff even left a welcome card, which was a lovely surprise! Plus, the hotel provides complimentary bottled water.

First off, the location is fantastic, right on a street next to the train station. The Alibus stops on the hotel's side, while the shared taxis are on the other. It's only a three to five-minute walk to the station. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and there are many room types available, including hotel rooms, hostel dorms, and student accommodation all within the same building. Service: The staff are incredibly enthusiastic, meeting hostel service standards. They're very responsive and thorough in answering any questions. Facilities: Don't expect much here. The bed is too soft, the pillows are too soft, and from the second day onwards, there was no water. No slippers or toothbrushes were provided either. You can't even buy slippers, but you might have some luck if you chat with the front desk a bit more 😂

I think the location is super good; it's very convenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage, as it's less than a 5-minute walk from the station. It's very quiet, and there's a public study area with outlets and a great view! There are common areas on the first floor and every other floor, all suitable for studying! The first floor also has many interesting books, which is fantastic 👍. However, they don't offer pasta or coffee, and the wet and dry areas aren't well-separated, so water tends to get everywhere. Also, the outlets by the bed don't have a small shelf to put things on, which is a bit inconvenient, and there are no hooks or hangers. The bed curtain is nice, but... it doesn't cover the head of the bed because there's an open-cut panel. The water pressure is excellent, and the temperature is good, plus toiletries and towels are provided! But sometimes the toiletries are hard to dispense.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the train station, which is super convenient for trips to Pompeii and Sorrento. The shower door didn't seal properly at the bottom, so water leaked into the room. The hotel offers a lot of facilities.

Excellent! Very close to the city center, train station, and bus station. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage when we arrived early. The bathroom was very clean, and the breakfast was also great.
