La Bella Napoli is located in the best place for exploring the wonderful city of Naples. Right in the midst of the action but tucked away behind a hidden door, the b&b feels wonderfully authentic and is a welcome retreat to escape to after a busy day exploring. The welcome from Sam was second to none and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, including a surprise cake for my husband's birthday on our arrival. They allowed us to check in early and gave us an early breakfast in our bedroom on the morning we left early to explore Pompei. The room itself was full of character, the bed incredibly comfy, it was very quiet considering how centrally it was located and was cleaned daily. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and just hope we can come back again soon to explore more of the city.

Charming, comfortable and spacious room (with jetted tub!) in the historic section of Naples. The manager, Lorenza, spoke perfect English and was so friendly and helpful (recommending restaurants, providing a map and guidance on interesting sights, printing out our boarding passes, arranging an early morning taxi to the airport, and even making a breakfast tray for us in advance due to our very early checkout). The section of the larger building housing the hotel rooms is very secure, with several locked doors to access the area. There is no elevator, so walking up a few flights with heavy luggage wasn't fun, but the rest of our stay was delightful.

Best customer care, we almost felt at home. the owner (Cynthia) always available at anytime even on vacation. Patient, understanding and great problem solving skills. We spent 3 intense days, full of unplanned/mis-planned circumstances and the staff assistance and professionalism were nothing but... AMAZING!! The location, staff service, quality/price, cleaning and sanitization are all perfect. The only problem is that the network and Wi-Fi signal sometimes are low. The "pizzeria Speranzella" and the "trattoria Speranzella " are quite recommended to those who would like to taste some typical delicacies in a friendly and caring place. Personal advice to tourists and foreigners: Never ever to tell a driver/taxi driver that "money is not a problem"; otherwise good will turn into something else.

La Bella Napoli is only 5 minutes walking to Naples old town and metro station. The Italian breakfast was delicious. Lorenza was very helpful for us to arrange the tours to Pompeii, and even allowed us to store our luggage after checkout. Thank you, Lorenza!

Nice and easy to the price. Kind and positive staff.
Difficult to reach with heavy suicases due to staircases. Also rather dificult to find, no signs from outside. Notice that arrivel in the evening cost 20 euros extra.
