We booked 2 rooms with another couple, but they located the other couple at a separate location ( ~ 1 km away from the main Toledo location) and did not communicate this clearly to them. We ended up taking another room at this location. We found the room to be clean but not finished. The free breakfast at the other location consisted of one coffee and one baked item at the next store cafe - no where near the same as the breakfast at the main location. The elevators used to get to the upper floors stalled - we did not use them after the first try.

The first person we met was Elenora, who met us, carried our bags and was overall pleasant and knowledgeable. She always seemed to be there and was very helpful on many levels. The property is very old and is beautiful, maintaining the murals and stained glass windows. Our bed was really, really comfortable, and we had a small balcony where we could watch the constant show on the street below. Housekeeping was a disappointment. Not in their work, the room was done very well every day. They threw my soap away and used my Lancome face products, neither of which made me very happy as we left them a tip daily. The breakfast is massive, you will not leave for the day hungry.

This is a very mediocre hotel with nice rooms. I stayed in the royal suite for one night before my return flight and generally, found the hotel itself to be old and very basic. My room, however, was very spacious with a gorgeous mural on the ceiling. It was a good spot for one night if you do not plan on spending any amount of time in the hotel itself, but I would look to stay at a more welcoming hotel in Naples next time.

While our room had a beautiful painted ceiling and a nice big bed it simply wasn’t worth paying 500€ per night for it. Sorry to be negative but the details were not up to the standards one would expect for such an expensive room. Painting in bathroom badly finished, tiny shower, and although the windows had double glazing the noise from the street was still audible. All acceptable for a room one might pay 150€ or 200€ but not for a room which costs 500€. Also the narrow corridor leading to the room was very grubby. The staff was very kind and attentive and they kindly upgraded us but the hotel management should revise their prices.

Bad and smelly interior. Not clean. Missing door handles. Overpriced. Poorly decorated. Noisy water heater. Dusty furniture. No Wi Fi. Dirty glass balcony doors. Staff unprofessional. Filthy and noisy surroundings. Avoid this place all-together.

Before we even arrived we were sent helpful videos explaining the area, how to get from place to place, and suggestions of what we could do near the hotel. The hotel offered to help us book tours. When we realized we needed another electrical converter the hotel quickly lent us one. The staff was kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was great. The room was big and kept in clean conditions.

A very nicely renovated set of rooms in a historic sixteenth century building in the heart of Naples. Excellent location, huge room, very nice staff. The breakfast was excellent too. My only complaint was a set of stairs in my room to get to the bathroom. A 10 cent piece is required to use the elevator and codes are required to enter after dark.

What a wonderful stay we had! Several days before arriving staff contacted us, made sure we had all the info we needed, arranged for a driver to pick us up at the hotel and even stayed late for us to arrive due to flight delays. Very professional and friendly staff! The room was amazing with an industrial/old world feel. Breakfast was in a beautiful dinning room with a sitting room with a grand piano next door. It felt like a castle or manor house in those rooms. Just an all around wonderful experience!

Located in the Toledo street, one of the busiest in Napoli, this B&B is a gem you will discover once you've reached the 3rd floor of an old building. Very nicely renovated and decorated, good service, excellent breakfast with a large choice of Italian cakes. The rooms are modern and with A/C but also emphasize the old decoration , really beautiful. Do not hesitate
