Caruso Place is a quaint, boutique hotel in the heart of bustling Naples, with the port nearby. Service was spectacular and the room was spacious with a pull-out couch and a private balcony overlooking the bustling street. Despite the noise on the street, the room was oddly quiet as there were 2 doors shielding the balcony. We were presently surprised by the quality of the hotel and the room. It certainly is in a great location. One minor downside is that it was hard to find as the adjacent street is not accessible by car but once we figured it out, we were very pleased.

Caruso Place felt so homely - such clean, airy, spacious rooms that were quiet even though we were in such a great location and so central to bay, beautiful plazas and tourist attractions …. The service at the hotel felt very personal , any questions or help was responded to quickly and the breakfasts were so tasty and fresh! The view from the breakfast room was amazing - such an amazing historic building to stay at so many thanks

Caruso Place is centrally and conveniently located oasis of calm amongst the sensory experience that defines Naples. The staff were friendly, the accommodation spacious and the room with spa bath welcoming after days of exploring the historical sites and experiencing the vibrancy of the city. We will be back to Naples as there is so much to see, hear, smell, taste and explore and Caruso Place will be our ‘go to’ central location.

Caruso Place Boutique in Naples offers a friendly staff, a great location, spacious room with nice amenities, a generous continental breakfast and an overall good value. Communications prior to check-in were clear and helpful. The check-in process was easy. A restaurant recommendation was spot-on. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

best hotel i have ever visited. staff were very friendly, ready to help anytime. we got stuck after the game and they even sent a car. helped us to book any place, was very clean and had a nice jacuzi inside which made kids very happy. location is also amazing.

Finding the designated parking was too much stressful and a headache, and I didn’t like the attitude of one the receptionist , as they don’t have baby bed , also too much noise from the adjacent market, I don’t think I would think to come back 👎👎

There is so much to see, hear, smell, taste and experience in Naples and surrounding sites. Caruso Place is a perfectly situated oasis from which to explore Naples and the come back to recharge for more. The staff were warm, accommodation spacious and spa bath was divine. We will be returning to explore more of Naples and Caruso Place will be our ‘go too’ for central based accommodation.

Spacious beautifully renovated rooms with well appointed bathrooms of generous proportions. Perfect location with access to everything. Staff were helpful and polite but not obtrusive. Quiet oasis in the middle of bustling Via Toledo. Would highly recommend.

Lovely little hotel right in the middle of things so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Located in a busy pedestrian area but we overlooked a courtyard off the street so it was very quiet. Very friendly staff. Spotless room and bathroom. Stocked minibar. USB charging points next to the beds. 80mpbs wifi. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was basic but there's so much pizza to be eaten in Naples it's not really needed anyway! The only 2 things I think could be improved is that the safe in the room is too small, you can't even fit an iPad in it. And the aircon made a loud buzzing noise every 30 seconds which meant we had to turn it off when sleeping. But they are small things and the rest was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again if I was back in Naples.
