Mercure Napoli Centro Angioino

Absolutely terrible! A truly disappointing stay. The room lacked basic amenities like shampoo and conditioner, only providing hand soap. The street-facing windows offered almost no sound insulation, so every noise from outside was crystal clear throughout the night. The air conditioning unit kept cycling on and off, and when it started, the noise was deafening, severely disrupting my sleep. The water pressure in the bathroom was practically non-existent, water sprayed everywhere, and many of the fixtures were rusty. The hardware was worse than what you'd find in a typical two-star hotel, completely falling short of a four-star standard. The overall experience was extremely poor, and I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Similar to the 7 Days Inn chain in China, the rooms had large windows and small balconies and were quite clean. As everyone has mentioned, the showers were quite small. The location is excellent, with the subway right downstairs, making it very convenient to everything in Naples. The pizza restaurant across the street is terrible and overpriced, so avoid it. The hotel service was extremely poor. We booked a standard room because we had a child with us, but the two front desk ladies with heavily tattooed eyeliner stopped us aggressively. Their attitude was very rude, which might be due to the local customs. We were then ordered to book a single room. The whole experience was a terrible one.

The room is very small, the service is average, except for the front desk, the staff basically do not speak English, the elevator was not working twice when we went out, the second time we asked the cleaner to go down to the first floor, and then press the up button to send us downstairs with our luggage. Motorcycles roared outside the window at night, but fortunately the door was soundproof.
