The hotel is very good. We had some problems with the water on the first day and they changed our room. The person who takes care of the place dedicated himself entirely to solving us right away and invited us for a coffee for the inconvenience. Recommendable!

The most important thing is to mention that the lobby is on the 4th floor! This is inconvenient with luggage. The staff is pleasant, but it should also be mentioned that they are not open 24/7. Also the nearest parking is blocks away.

It was fairly easy to get to by bus and Metro. But I only had one small bag, I wouldn't recommend doing this with big luggage. It cost 5 euro for the bus to the train station/metro station then 1.20 euro for the Metro. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the station.
The guy downstairs of the building is rude, but managed to get him to tell me where to go. This place is on the 4th floor and it's confusing because there is another Bovio suited on the 2nd floor.
The older housekeeper lady is just incredibly lovely and sweet, she let me dropp off my bag to store until check in. She doesn't speak much English but she's just a legend, badass I loved her!
Stayed here for one night with my friend, requested 2 beds got two beds but one was a baby twin bed and the other a full/queen. The rooms are outdated, beds are springy and hard. The room had a cool big old window it had Air-conditioning. It was clean but I found hairs on the shower wall, a towel hook was barley hanging on and things just seemed used and abused. The keys were oldschool skeleton keys. There is an elevator. Good enough for one night and if you're not too picky.
Overall it's in a great location, walking distance from the Spanish quarter. There's plenty of cafe's to grab something to eat and drink around.

Excellent hotel, very elegant with attention to detail, large room with daily linen change, located in a beautiful historic building in the city center and well connected. In the center of Naples. Rooms created inside a large building with a dilapidated entrance. Spartan guest room. Breakfast consists of a (I mean a) croissant and a coffee. All this consumed in an external bar, due to the lack of a breakfast room. 3 days overnight stay Euro 800. Judge for yourself.

Not very far from the port and the old town so rather practical. Quite atypical hotel at the entrance to the upper floor. Rooms overlooking the square should absolutely be avoided: concert of horns until the middle of the night!

When I am in Naples, for work or pleasure, Bovio suite is my "home". Spacious, clean rooms, great location. Quiet despite the very central location. Near the metro station. All the staff are very kind and I always thank them.

The room is located in a building, nice but we're not quite there with cleanliness. In the shower there was other people's hair. The friendly staff. Excellent area full of services, just cross and you will find the University metro.
