Just returned from our trip in Naples.Would never return, we expected the basics for the price but didn’t have a good experience. Bedcovers dirty and have human hair on them. Front door handle lose on arrival (as previous trip advisor photos) towel rail was broken and the shelf in the shower. MOULD on the shower wall, this triggered my asthma and friends while we was in the room. We also came back to only one bed made but the rest of the room was left uncleaned.. very strange. We wasn’t given clean towels either and we was there a few days. Our door handle on the last night actually came away from the socket due to bad previous repair while we was locking the door, we was told to text the owner and let him know what happened. He then over WhatsApp blamed us saying we broke the door and he couldn’t get out to us on a Sunday evening. This lead to one of us having to stay in the room and 2 of us go out to bring back take away.. and then pushing our suitcases in front of the door through out the night due to it not being able to lock.. with other guests staying in the b&b this felt very uneasy and we didn’t sleep properly… safety issue much?! The way it was handled by the owner was frankly awful, instead of offering any help we just got blamed.. the audacity!! The window door also never locked in the room, only closed. very cheeky to ask for city tax when you don’t supply the basics that you pay for. This shouldn’t be advertised as a 3* b&b… more like a hostel.. that being said I have stayed in better hostels. Even the stairs to reach the 2nd floor we didn’t mind, the location is great it’s just the b&b itself is a let down. It needs some work done on the maintenance and hygiene standard. Mouldy fruit was left out through out our stay and was finally chucked away on our last night which was 72 hrs. Would never recommend anyone to stay here, yes we paid for basic accommodation but this place is a joke. Go elsewhere. We have raised a complaint on our stay.

Super clean and modern room! Check in process was easy despite not having a reception. We received info on a text and got in fast. Nice location, walking distance from the train station but also just around the corner of old town with lots of restaurants and bars. All in all good value for money.

Not easy to find, we hadn't seen the signs that it was on the second floor with the suitcases to go up. Welcome only at the doorbell of the manager who gave us his number to communicate by what's app (there was this Sunday evening a capital match Lazio / Naples ..) we met the cleaning lady speaking only Italian ... operation of the keys complicated… Apart from this absent relational side, room in an old atypical building but very modern inside in a historic district so very well placed. Found this Sunday evening a nearby guarded car park for 35€…Hopefully they will have done the necessary for traffic in the ztl zone…To finish, we left this morning after a breakfast without pastries and without fresh bread, only cakes , juices…from the supermarket in the area…and without seeing anyone.. So in summary, a nice, very clean and modern room in an area of Naples but for us not in the b and b spirit…

Sconsigliatissimo. Si salva solo l'ottima posizione. Ho soggiornato nella camera tripla accessibile tramite una scala a chiocciola, vendutami per camera quadrupla. Condizionatore non funzionante, porta rotta, pittura da rifare, camera sporca e scomoda e forse è meglio che mi fermo qua. Il proprietario si è visto solo per ritirare i soldi voluti in anticipo, e alle mie giuste richieste si è mostrato non soddisfacente per niente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B in 4 coppie di amici di conseguenza riempendo tutte le stanze disponibili. Tra le note positive sicuramente c’è la posizione. A due passi si raggiunge praticamente tutto il centro. Di contro però abbiamo tutti gli altri aspetti fondamentali: accoglienza inesistente (proprietario mai visto), pulizia alquanto mediocre, stanze ristrutturate ma maltrattate ( ne sono d’esempio tutti gli infissi e le docce). Impossibile farsi una doccia decente visto che l’acqua passava da ghiacciata a bollente continuamente. Ciliegina sulla torta: abbiamo lasciato 3 ombrelli nella hall la mattina( apposta perché avevamo solo noi l’accesso avendo riempito tutto il B&B ) al nostro ritorno non c’erano più. Dopo una nostra chiamata al proprietario ne sono riapparsi due. Zona sicuramente ottima ma troppi disservizi. Sconsigliamo vivamente.

Ho prenotato per errore in questo hotel su ******* per due notti, il portale mi ha dato questo in prima pagina perché sponsorizzato, ma non era mia intenzione prenderlo perché dovevo andare a Roma. Chiamo dopo un secondo dal click e mi dicono che non avrebbero accettato la prenotazione e di conseguenza avviato la procedura di rimborso. Chiamo altre due volte nel giro di qualche giorno e dopo aver spiegato per l'ennesima volta l'accaduto mi viene detto di star tranquillo. Alla quarta telefonata mi viene detto tutt'altro, ovvero che avrei dovuto sentire *******! Risultato: 530 euro spesi senza aver usufruito del servizio seppur ho avvisato dopo un minuto dell'errore. Volevo solo risolvere, ma mi hanno solo preso in giro, evidentemente per i soldi. Se questa è la loro umanità immagino come gestiscono il resto. Pessima esperienza.

Avevo dato 1 ma mi rendo conto che il 2 ci sta' per l'unica nota positiva, la posizione centrale. La stanza è al 2° piano di un vecchio palazzo, le chiavi le abbiamo trovate in una casetta di sicurezza e il codice per aprirla ci è stata data tramite messaggio wathsapp perché il proprietario non lo abbiamo mai visto. La colazione che è compresa, era composta da cracker grissini briosch merendine e brick di succhi del discount....n°2 cialde contate di caffè per due adulti con una permanenza di tre mattine mahhh (i conti non tornano)e quindi siamo andati a fare colazione al bar. Servizi inesistenti, vi consiglio di portarvi shampoo e bagnoschiuma perché abbiamo trovato solo 8 bustine di bagno doccia ed eravamo in 4 e in una sera sono finiti (appena entrati la camera e il bagno erano puliti) riassetto camera mai fatto. Ma la cosa che non mi è proprio andata giù e che non mi avrebbe fatto prenotare in questo B&B e che nella descrizione della camera non è specificato che la cucina e la sala da pranzo e il frigorifero sono condivisi con tutte le persone che soggiornano li, quindi tutti possono prendere tutto di tutti come è capitato con la nostra roba (sicuramente per sbaglio) e mentre pranzi o ceni ti senti come al grande fratello perché ci sono telecamere per ogni angolazione. Esperienza per quanto riguarda il B&B negativa c'è molto da migliorare.

Struttura nel complesso carina e ottimamente ubicata, ma la nostra stanza, al momento del nostro arrivo, nonostante avrebbe dovuto essere inagibile a causa di una perdita d'acqua causata dall'appartamento del piano superiore, ci è stata comunque assegnata.
La stanza aveva pareti sporche a causa della perdita (problema minore) ma soprattutto abbiamo respirato muffa per tutto il tempo trascorso all'interno, compresa la notte.
Abbiamo segnalato il problema al proprietario, ma ci è stato detto che siamo stati persino fortunati a non essere stati mandati via...
Ritengo la risposta fuori luogo poiché se fossimo stati avvertiti nei giorni precedenti di questo problema (non mi si dica che l'allagamento c'è stato la sera prima!), avremmo potuto trovare una soluzione differente (noi o lo stesso proprietario).
Dispiaciuta per questo comportamento.
