Great little B&B in a super location. The room was clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Mattia waited for us for a late check in and gave us helpful recommendations. Highly recommended.

A lovely, small B&B with individualized quality service. We arrived early in the AM and Mattia helped us to store our luggage until the room was ready. A great location and a lovely appointed room. Mattia also helped us secure an early AM transfer to the airport. He was very responsive and very helpful during our stay. Would definitely return!

Easy to locate, Great Location,Safe,The security guard at the front is very helpful. Mattia hte host, was always available and provided everything need for a pleasant stay. Definitely recommending this property to friends and family

I think that most of the issues I had would not be issues of there were someone at the property all the time. I made arrangements to meet the manager at 2:30. He wasn't there and so I called him. He said he would meet me in 5 minutes. I was waiting for 15 minutes in the sun.
My AC wasn't working - I didn't know how to turn it on. I wasn't close enough, so a simple solution. I texted the manager and he said 15 minutes. After a 2 hour nap (Just flew in from the states) I woke up sweating and still no manager, so I took a 2 hour walk after texting him and asking once again to fix it. He was finally there when I came back and it took him 2 seconds to turn it on. He said he was helping other people. UGH!!!
It is super close to the port, so that was handy for my trip to Capri.
He was very nice when he learned I was going to be gone during breakfast and he brought it to me right when I checked in so I could eat breakfast when I wanted.
If I knew someone would be there the whole time, I would book this place again, but if it's like it is now, then no. I wouldn't stay there again.

Margherita and Luca: Many thanks to Mattia for the welcome and advice for visiting Naples. The room was beautiful, very clean, with daily towel change. Excellent and rich breakfast. Thanks to the very kind lady who brought it to our room every morning! Excellent location, it allows you to get everywhere on foot, just 10 minutes from the historic center and a little further from Piazza del Pebliscito.

Mattia persona gentile. La nostra camera è risultata troppo cara per la qualità offerta. Gli asciugamani troppo consumati, muro con muffa e bolle di intonaco che si sgretolavano. Colazione convenzionata positiva per alcuni ma noi l avremmo fatta altrove volentieri. Posizione molto buona per girare Napoli.

Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città a piedi, in prossimità della fermata della metro. Struttura pulita e silenziosa. Colazione abbondante servita in camera da Mattia, sempre molto disponibile e cortese... Ci ha permesso di fare il check out ben oltre l'orario. Molto consigliato.
