For the price we got what we paid for. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. The rooms were dated, small shower, ac didn't work well and stopped working in the middle of the night. Very close to the train station, and restaurants near by.

A grim entrance and a dilapidated stairway leads to Annas House b&b.
I was allocated a room in the annexe that was basic but clean with a comfortable bed, air conditioning, tv and en suite bathroom.
Breakfast at an allocated time was adequate but felt rushed in the 30 minutes allowed.
The room was quiet, reasonably priced, and ideally located for exploring Naples.

We had a very enjoyable stay here for a few nights at the beginning of this month. The family are so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome straight away. The room was clean and tidy with good facilities. The location was excellent, very central and near the train station. Would definitely stay again.

;00I chose Anna's Family because of its proximity to railway station and concierge available 24/7, but concierge was not speaking English AT ALL, so he was useless. Breakfast was very primitive and they assign you your time! (7:00, or 7:30,or 8:00... It was very uncomfortable!) I regret my choice, would not recommend it.
