Great location, but the accommodation is a little tired. The terrace was decidedly run down, with broken and shabby outside furniture. To say housekeeping was lax, is a kindness. 3 times we were told the room was ready, 3 times it wasn't. 3 hours after arrival were finally able to get in. Clean towels but dirty bed linen, that was never changed on our 4 night stay. (I slept on the towels, the pillows stank). Would not stay here again.

el alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, es cómodo y agradable. debido a las altas temperaturas en napoles, no pudimos hacer uso de la terraza ni por la noche. la mesa que se ve en la foto tiene un mantel bastante sucio que habría que limpiar o retirar. como unico aspecto no positivo está que no teniamos el dinero justo de las tasas municipales y quedó en devolvernos el dinero, hasta la fecha no lo ha hecho, era muy poco dinero, pero por esa razon es mejor quedar bien y gestionar la devolución.

Posizione perfetta per chi vuole vivere la vera napoli nel centro storico. A 2 minuti da napoli sotterranea, cristo velato, spaccanapoli e via toledo. Camere ben arredate, nuove e pulite. Consigliatissimo. Staff cordiale e disponibile, in particolare Rosy.

El hotel esta bien situado, bastante limpio y el colchon, si tienes suerte de no usar la cama supletoria, es cómodo. Por lo demás, todo muy negativo. La chica que nos proporcionaba las sábanas o toallas es muy poco comprensiva y le fallan mucho las formas. Pedimos una cama supletoria extra, y hasta nos daba miedo pedirle sábanas! Con esto una idea del nivel, daba miedo. Las camas supletorias son plegables con un colchón muy muy fino. Una de las habitaciones es una cocina, con sus azulejos, horno y fregadero... pero sin lo único que podríamos realmente usar: una nevera. Las almohadas muy viejas y deshechas. El baño extremadamente reducido para una habitación de tres. Las ventanas no cierran del todo bien y se escucha todo el ruido del exterior. El desayuno es en el bar de la esquina. Es un croissant, muy bueno, pero un croissant... y un croissant 5 días seguidos se hace bastante pesado. El wifi literalmente apenas funciona.

Buona accoglienza da parte di Assia, la ragazza che ci ha accolto . Ci ha contattati prima di partire per sapere A che ora saremmo arrivati circa, e poter farci trovare la camera pronta. In camera una tripla , ci ha fatto trovare 2 bottiglie di acqua per rinfrescarci al nostro arrivo , dato il caldo . Camera , con vista su via dei tribunali , buona la pulizia di tutti gli ambienti , unica pecca il bagno un po troppo stretto e il terzo letto , ovvero una brandina molto scomoda , avendo richiesto in anticipo una tripla , mi sarei aspettato una sistemazione migliore . Nel complesso comunque soddisfatto , anche per la colazione , servita al bar San Gennaro , sotto la struttura . Posizione strategica , in quanto in pieno centro storico. Complimenti !!👏🏻
