Incredibly friendly staff and hostel culture, with optional but extremely affordable €5 dinner provided (on top of the included breakfast). A refrigerator is available for use, and there's even some free bites available at times.

Staff was incredibly helpful, available 24 hours, and provided a whole slew of services, including offering an affordable taxi service at a fixed rate, even at ungodly hours. They even provided me a map of Naples alongside recommended sites to visit, each with detailed explanations.
Optional laundry was €7, I believe, although I did not employ it.
Hand soap provided in the toilets, of which there are many.
The ONLY drawback is the location which is up a hill, and I had the fortune of visiting during Easter Sunday when the nearest station wasn't operating, so it was some 20 nonstop mins of dragging my luggage up an increasingly steep slope.
Honestly way too good for the price, especially the staff! Can't say enough good things about them.
