We received a chilled and pleasant welcome on arrival and found the room to be a great size and very clean. It was one of the cheaper rooms so had a view over the inner quadrangle which wasn't great, but we didn't spend a great deal of time in the room so that didn't really bother us at all. The location is very central and is only a short walk from Napoli Central Station, and the view from the roof terrace over the city and the Bay of Naples is fabulous!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. A three night stay ruined by noise, cleaners coming into my room without knocking and a poor check in experience. After arriving on day 1, after 8pm due to a flight delay I realise that no one is going to answer the door. Phone rings out. I’m stuck in Naples with nowhere to stay. Fortunately I find an email address on website and shortly after a WhatsApp business number texts me and asks me to go and visit a restaurant elsewhere to get the key. I get charged ten euros extra, because the check in had closed. Think about that, I got charged even though I made the effort to go elsewhere to get my key. Don’t think you’ll be getting a lie in at this place. In fact don’t think you’ll be getting any sleep at all. The walls are paper thin. Every morning not a minute before or after 9am, what seems like a heard of cleaners descend on the floor (it’s not really a b & b but more so a university type halls of residence). My floor only had three rooms on it. Hoovering, shouting, singing, whistling, banging. Mopping. Every single morning for hours. I don’t understand how this couldn’t have been done in 20 minutes. Every morning a cleaner would proceed to unlock my room without knocking and come in. Only to go straight back out without apologising. It is an horrendous invasion of privacy. You can also hear every conversation from the next door room. Room small, could barely move. Reminiscent of a box room in central London. Price OK at around 50 euro a night. The location is good. But this is the only thing I would say about this. If you book breakfast with your room, considering it’s a ‘bed and breakfast’ the owner will try telling you, you don’t have breakfast booked. You have to insist. He will eventually agree after spending 10 minutes checking it’s true. WIFI DOES NOT WORK. YOUR SIGNAL IS BLOCKED TOO. I rarely write reviews on sites because I don’t usually have any complaints. I was compelled to do so on this one however. I would give it 2 out of 5 stars **/*****
