The Grey was such a wonderful place to stay while in Napoli. This was my first trip to Italy, and my boyfriend had stayed here previously. I absolutely loved this hotel. From the big wooden doors that you enter from the street. The elevator. The clean, comfortable room. And the staff! I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was younger and thin. He was so wonderful, attentive, helpful, generous, professional, friendly...I could go on and on. From his offer to help with our baggage, to his exceptional food/restaurant recommendations, his spectacular breakfast service. Just...WOW! I would recommend anyone to stay here. And if I ever return to the area, I'll definitely stay here again.

This was the worst hotel so far. They lied about the non existent breakfast. There is no handicap access or a way to bring in your luggage. The rooms are gross. The blow drier doesn’t work. The ironing board has stains. This is a terrible place located in a seedy neighborhood. Stay away. The staff is even worse

This hotel is located on the 3rd floor of this beautiful building. It’s very modern and clean! It’s close to many places to eat as well as just a walk away from the boat drop off and not too far away from the airport. The bathroom was beautiful as well as the balcony area and bedroom. The lighting was super cool and the room came with anything you could need such as coffee, slippers, drinks etc Great find!

Nice boutique hotel experience. Located in the third floor of an old building, the one-floor small hotel is very new, nice beds, nice bathrooms, all the amenities we needed. Staff was there during the day, and made sure to stay until we arrived to check-in and get a card to give us access after hours.

Close proximity to spaccanapoli which contains many great restaurants, stores, and sites. The Grey team had impeccable service and support throughout our stay. During our vacation we stayed at 5 different hotels and this was by far our favorite.

Perfect location for the real Naples. A little bit of luxury hidden behind a big wooden door. Everything you need from a stay with a good choice of breakfast. Situated on a busy Main Street but amazing sound proofing. Staff were always very helpful arranging taxi for us and helping with trips.

Amazing place to stay and staff and manager were fantastic. Breakfast is offered every morning with fresh food. Room was cleaned daily and hotel was well kept. Always ready to offer advice for the trip, book you a taxi or some friendly banter. In the heart of the city so getting about and seeing different sights is ideal .

We were extremely pleased with the design details and the cleanliness of the facility. The staff were very professional and friendly, especially Daniele. The room was very comfortable and quiet, high celings, lots of light, windows that opened, bathroom was modern and clean, window shades enabled 'blackout' capability. Very quiet AC / heat-pump. Location in the historical district was very handy for most popular sights, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this for couples.

Posto centralissimo, con due passi a San Gregorio Armeno, Spacca Napoli, Napoli sotterranea….. inoltre parcheggi al chiuso a pagamento dietro l’angolo. La camera è il bagno hanno un ottima ristrutturazione in chiave moderna è il personale gentilissimo.
