Very nice room and bathroom, all exceptionally clean. In an excellent location for visiting Naples. I really enjoyed my stay at Di Affreschi È Volte. Highly recommend.

Spacious comfortable tastefully decorated room, old elements but modern comfort. Location is great, quiet street but the full Neapolitan life within walking distance. Host is great, friendly and very helpful and speaks perfect English.

Gabriel is a súper host very Friendly that is willing to help you if you need so!. The place in which is located is wonderful because it let you be in one the most famous places in Napoli(Quartieri Spagnolo) but the tranquility and silence that you need to rest on Hollidays. I absolutely recomend it!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host Gabriel was incredibly nice and friendly, always ready with great suggestions for places to visit and things to do in the area. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions. The apartment itself was lovely, well-maintained, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

I been there with my wife and our 13year son for a long week end, the room was very spatious, it was a large triple bedroom with very high ceilings and original frescoes from 1500 century. The place is located in one of the typical little streets of the neighborhoods, just few minutes walk from everything central. We were perfectly safe walking there day and night at every hours and really enjoyed the city centre and the city. The host was frendly and helpful and gave us good suggestions for visiting the town. I can only reccomend it andwe'll look forward to come back again. Thanks

Semplicemente perfetto. Camera grande pulita e accogliente, posizione perfetta ( quartieri spagnoli), silenzioso e per chi vuole vedere Napoli anche senza mezzi, gestore Top per cordialita', disponibilita',correttezza ogni richiesta esaudita con disarmante puntualita e precisione.

Ci siam trovati benissimo, ci tornerei anche subito perchè amo troppo Napoli! Bella camera, pulita e stilosa, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, posto super centrale per girare a piedi...piazza plebiscito, lungomare, quartieri spagnoli, spaccanapoli e con la funicolare a pochi metri si arriva anche subito al vomero ＜3

Arrivati nel primo pomeriggio, 2 doppie e una tripla, 6 adulti 1 bambino 16 gradi circa nelle camere, riscaldamento gestito da remoto dal proprietario. Contatti attraverso whatsapp, chiediamo ulteriori piumoni per la notte, mattina freddissimo. Dopo svariate richieste di accensione termosifoni, anche per eventuali rientri pomeridiani visto il bambino, al terzo giorno verso le h 21 con un po' più di calore, riusciamo a fare una veloce doccia senza ibernare.Causa di tutto ciò secondo lui era la programmazione del suo termostato, quindi 1 ora mattina 1 ora la sera come se non si potesse cambiare.....a FEBBRAIO!!!!!Per fortuna c e il WiFi perché dentro le stanze non c e assolutamente campo con 4 compagnie telefoniche diverse! Comunque non adatto a famiglie con bambini vista la strada.
