The location was not easy to find, I communicated with the hotel staff by phone, I was told that I could not check in, I could apply for a refund, and then asked me to contact the platform, I contacted the platform to inform the incident, the platform said that I needed to call the hotel to confirm, but the hotel did not admit it, anyway, it was not a successful stay and it was raining, alas!

The location of this apartment is great, right in the middle of the port and the main train station in Naples. The communication with the owners was fantastic and although they were not physically there 24/7 they responded straight away when I submitted questions on whats app. The room was super clean, the staff were attentive and they even provided a safe location for our luggage after check-out and drinks such as coffee, water and tea at a very good value. They use an honesty box and the bottle of water is only €0.50 for example, so we always got a bottle each from there in the morning, before we started our day. The rooms are comfortable, bathroom is fully equipped with a hairdryer as well and there's a supermarket right behind the building. Also gellateria across the street.
