We were upgraded, upon check-in, to stay at the main Art Hotel -the Hotel Piazza Carita are part of the same hotel, but are in rooms in a different building- Anyway, the room we got was clean and comfy. It was super modern and appeared to be a fairly recent renovation. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was all fresh made and a combination of "English Breakfast" favourites, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices and fresh coffee. The room, halls and dining area are full of the works of local artists. The hotel is located in the heart of Naples, so if you're driving in consider yourself warned. Driving in Naples is not for the feint of heart, and parking can be a challenge. Location wise, you're steps from the Spanish Quarter and the street the hotel is located on is alive with restaurants, shops and market tents.

La ducha estaba rota. Edificio viejo, pero por el precio poco podemos quejarnos. Silvia la camarera es un encanto y muy profesional.

We stayed in this hotel for a one night stop-over in Naples. Location was the best part, as central & close to everything we wanted to visit. However, to say ‘boutique’ it was not. We booked a ‘deluxe’ double room & again it was not deluxe - no ‘city view’ plus all the accessories listed in the description on the website were not there. We would have complained & asked to be moved, but the check-in was at the Soul Art Hotel which is confusing as was the building layout itself. For us to get over to our room in the Boutique Hotel Piazza Carita, it was a task with heavy luggage & could be challenging to navigate around the stairways & antiquated lift system. If visiting again we would look for an alternative, as I am sure Naples has a lot to offer.

Great location for exploring Naples - numerous restaurants near by - very comfortable rooms - great buffet breakfast - staff very helpful - finding location can be challenging - off a plaza and not clearly marked - have to go through a large metal gate that is locked down at times and into a large multi-story commercial building

This hotel is an excellent starting point for exploring Naples. It's located in a building in Piazza Carità, and if it's difficult to find because there are more activities inside, the reception staff will offer to help you if necessary. Our room was spacious and equipped with all comforts. It was clean and had a spectacular view of Castel Sant'Elmo and the famous Trattoria da Nennella, but we were still able to sleep very well without any problems. If I were to return to Naples, I would stay here again. Breakfast was a choice not made at the hotel.

My name is Luciano, and I stayed at this hotel from March 29 to April 3 with my wife and a couple of Austrian friends. The 4-star rating is questionable (the bathroom had neither a window nor an extractor fan, nor a bidet). The hotel lacked a lobby where several people could gather to chat, and the shower faucet was insecure. Furthermore, when the heating was turned on, an annoying ticking sound could be heard from one of the walls where the heating pipes ran. What saves my opinion, however, is the presence of Daniela and Silvia in the breakfast buffet room. They are two extremely helpful and highly professional people who made our stay pleasant. A special shout-out also goes to Anna, who was always attentive and helpful. Truly wonderful people.

The Hotel Piazza della Carità boasts an excellent location, nestled between the historic center and the Spanish Quarter, and is decorated with works of art. Although only one basic room was available at the time of booking, lacking the amenities of a more upscale room, it was spacious and cleaned daily, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, with a very weak signal and occasional failure to connect. The only drawback was the hotel's layout: the reception, a few guest rooms, and the breakfast room are located on one floor of a staircase, while other rooms are situated on a different staircase within the same building, somewhat distant from the dining room and reception. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of options such as eggs, bacon, cereal, pastries, juices, and good coffee. But what truly stands out is Silvia, the dining room manager, who is incredibly hospitable, kind, and cheerful. She was attentive at all times, making sure we had everything we needed, and even sharing Neapolitan customs and her artistic talents. All of this, combined with the excellent service of the rest of the staff, makes this hotel a welcoming and highly recommended place to stay.

A clean, quiet hotel, with plenty of freedom and independence, and clean rooms that were always found tidy. The receptionists were kind and helpful (we needed a breakfast basket, which was ready upon our arrival and very generous!)... we had breakfast included: the room was bright, clean, tidy, and welcoming (with soft music in the background). The breakfast was small but it lacked nothing, with excellent products (try the sfogliatella) and a wide selection, both sweet and savory. But the best part? The head waiter, friendly, smiling, helpful, and inviting. Truly a wonderful place. CONGRATULATIONS
