NH Napoli Panorama

This hotel doesn't match the description or the pictures. I booked what was supposed to be one of their highest-category sea-view rooms, but it turned out to be a side sea view. The direct view from the front was almost entirely dilapidated and disorganized buildings. In my home country, this type of room would at best be called a city view. Plus, there was no volcano as advertised. The cleanliness was really poor; there was a super strong unpleasant smell as soon as I entered the room. The area downstairs was also very dirty and chaotic. The hotel front desk was tiny, and the breakfast options were few and unappetizing. As for service, there was practically none. I can't believe this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel.

Spending our first night in Naples at this hotel was an absolute delight. We're on our honeymoon, and this first trip to Italy has already given us wonderful memories. We were incredibly grateful to stay in a top-floor room. All the hotel staff were friendly, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious too. If we ever come back to Naples, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both the metro station and the port, making it convenient for travel by subway or on foot. From our sea-view room, we could see the Castel Nuovo, though it was under renovation during our two-day stay in Naples. The front desk service was great, the hygiene was impeccable, and the breakfast was plentiful.

It was just okay. The room was really small, but the location was good.
