Overall good, the toilette need to be checked more often, and I would suggest redo the showers to make sure the water does not flow everywhere.

Great if you have an early flight out of Naples airport, the walk was less than 5minutes from the hotel to the airport. The other reviews about the sound from other rooms were not exaggerated, I brought earplugs with me so it was fine, if not they sell it for 2 euros. Towels have to be rented from them, I forgot how much. You need to bring your own toiletries, no soap, shampoo or toothbrush provided, though they sell it for a fee, all separately. Only recommended if you are staying for one night as the space is very small, I had trouble opening up my luggage, but very value for money so no complaints.

Noise isolation is not great. The windows curtain is broken.

The staff were friendly and the location was great. The capsules and lobby were clean. There were several booths with combined toilets and showers, so you shouldn't have any trouble using them. It would have been much better if the shower booths had been a little cleaner.

The shower gets the toilet wet, and the shower hose is too short.

The air conditioner was turned on very high, but there was no quilt in the room. It seems that people in Naples like to cover themselves with a sheet. I was freezing... It seems that the temperature of the air conditioner cannot be controlled. There is nothing in the bathroom except hot water. You need to bring your own detergent and towels. В целом неплохо для того, чтобы вздремнуть перед ранним вылетом, санузел с душем и туалетом есть, принадлежностей нет, полотенца я тоже не нашла. Кровать нормальная, в кабинке достаточно чисто

Очень чисто, тихо, очень близко пешком к аэропорту. Район кажется спокойным, безопасным. Для одного недорого, идеально. Жаль, что стойка регистрации не 24 часа.

Personal beim Check-in schon überfordert, wollten nochmal die Übernachtungsgebühr kassieren, wurde täglich darauf angesprochen. Überfordert mit dem Buchungssystem? Trip.com, hier müsst Ihr einschreiten! Es kann nicht sein dass man doppelt bezahlen muss. Nicht freundlich das Personal. Erster Eindruck, abschreckend! Kapsel, zwar sauber aber Deckenlicht defekt, nur eine Notlampe zum Anstecken, aber dann keine Steckdose um das Handy anzustecken. TV defekt, auch keine Fernbedienung vorhanden. Temperatur Einstellung auf Display nicht mehr möglich, außer dass Display in der Nacht unangenehm hell ist, keine Funktion, bei mir hat es die ganze Zeit+50C angezeigt. (unterschiedliche Defekte treffen für mehrere Kapseln zu) Man liegt noch im Bett, trotz abgeschlossener Tür reißt/sperrt Personal die Tür auf ohne anzuklopfen. Dusche/WC wäre vom Prinzip OK, aber ungepflegt/dreckig, gebrochene Fliesen, einfach ungepflegt. Das einzige Positive ist die Nähe zum Flughafen, ansonsten müsste der Laden geschlossen werden und einmal komplett repariert und gereinigt werden. So definitiv nicht!!!!
