It was a very good experience. The Japanese-style garden design environment is elegant. You don’t have to walk to Nara Park. You can feed the deer in the room. The location is excellent, the staff is attentive, and every ingredient of the Kaiseki cuisine is fresh.

Это рёкан, как в сказке. Около домиков фотографировались туристы, наверное, им и в голову не пришло, что там можно снять жильё :)) Ужин кайсеки мы выбрали стандартный, и нам было достаточно, больше мы бы не съели. Завтрак такой же обильный. Всё было очень вкусно. Обязательно вернусь ещё, спасибо!

We stayed for one night which was dinner, bed and breakfast. It is a traditional Ryokan, but separate cottages which are delightful. There are two bath houses which was truly wonderful for the aching bones. The food was a traditional feast and remarkably generous. A great nights sleep and a marvellous team who were exceptionally attentive.

The kaiseki meal was more satisfying than I expected. The annex with a view of deer from the window was also lovely. I highly recommend it.
