「いまなら。キャンペーン2022プラス」を利用するため、同行者とともにPCR検査（抗原定性検査）を受けて訪れましたが、割引適用のために必要な証明書や本人確認書類の提示を求められることはありませんでした。 チェックアウトした日の夜7時頃、母のフィーチャーフォンのクレードルと充電器をベッドの枕元に忘れたことに気づき、電話にて問い合わせしました。 確認して電話するとのことでしたが、ものの数分で折り返し電話があり、ないと言われました。 ないはずはないので、翌日の午前中にもう一度問い合わせしましたが、その場で保留にされ今度はもっと早く同じ結果を告げられました。 陰性結果通知書を確認しなかったことを考えれば、確認したことにして嘘をつくホテル側の体制が透けて見えます。 母は施設で暮らしており、外出もコロナで基本的にできないので、ホテルで充電した携帯の充電残量がなくなれば、私たちの間の連絡手段は途絶えます。 忘れ物はする方が悪いとは思います。 奈良の街自体は「再訪して欲しい」との思いあふれる温かい街です。 ただ、今回の真心がなく世知辛いホテル側の対応により、うすら寒さとともに思い出される街となってしまい残念です。 こちらのオーナー様はGoogleでは、コメントにより返信をしたりしなかったりのようですが、このコメントにはどう対応されるのでしょうか。
