A very nice and comfortable hotel!
We were running late for check-in, but when we called the front desk, they told us they could check us in later (the restaurant would be closed by then, though, so dinner wouldn't be available, but that was the least of our concerns at the time).
Upon arrival, they explained everything to us and showed us around, and gave us yukatas and other personal items.
The staff is incredibly friendly. Some English speakers, but mostly only speak Japanese. This isn't a problem, as they use online translators to understand your needs and how they can help.
The rooms are very clean and pleasant. They are large and generally have everything you need.
The hot springs are available twice a day (they are open for only two hours, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM). Everything is also very convenient, simple, and pleasant! If you forgot a towel in your room, you can simply go to the front desk and ask for one.
Sure, it's a bit far from the center, but the area is quiet and peaceful, which is very nice after the bustling Nara Park.
Overall, we recommend it!
