The airport shuttle in-out the hotel is convenient, the staff in reception are nice, the cleaning staff are perfect

I had a very long flight from Australia, and stayed at your hotel because today I have another very long flight to the USA, so I chose a Hilton Hotel because I REALLY needed a decent night of sleep. The problem is: this morning AT 5:45am (!) I received a WAKE UP CALL that I haven’t asked for!!!!! It really ruined my only chance to have some rest. It is ridiculous, and as an old Hilton Customer, who has been staying in your hotels all over the world (I have chosen Hilton in places like Brazil, South Africa, United States, London, China, just to name few), and Hilton Honors member, I want to formalize my disgust with this situation. Nobody pays Hilton’s price if we want Ibis’s services, and to be honest this morning you performed worse than Ibis.

Be careful with taxi appointments if you have a flight booked early in the morning (taxi applications are not available in the hotel area)

Free shuttle to the airport is good but no departure and pick up for terminal 3 though. Rooms are alright in size but a bit dated not much amenities inside .

Staff were very helpful with absolutely any and every question I had (and I had many). The buffet dinner was great and I got a packed breakfast the next morning since I left too early for the breakfast buffet (my own booking mistake) The location and shuttle bus from and to Narita airport are fantastic if you want a hassle free in and out with a comfortable stay after a long travel.

The staffs are very helpful and great that they are from all internationality, therefore, language does not seemed to be a barrier. The amenities in the room is lack of: cotton buds, the rest are well provided(thank you). The size of room and bed is big and comfortable. Gym was great with many equipment, but I still do not understand why do we need to pay for using your swimming pool. Breakfast has varieties of food, but I stayed here for 6 nights, the food are the same everyday(bored). The info.on shuttle bus is unclear- E.g pick up from which part of Aeon Mall. And suggest to update your media for such info.under the right category.

Really close to airport. Food wasn’t great, but service is great.

This is my first time there. Rooms are a little musky, they can do better in terms of ventilation. Only the gym is free. There is additional charge of Y1600 to use the pool and sauna.

Perfect time for rest after long trip

Great hotel! Airport transfer was very easy to find and staff was very courteous. I arrived at 10 pm to the hotel. The breakfast was really good love the Japanese food selection. Used the gym as well. I used the shuttle service to come back to the airport, they were really punctual. Was able to check out one hour later after joining the Hilton rewards I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

They were very helpful and kind, helping me with my luggage. They also have covers for your luggage. The cleaner arranged the room to my own style and even put my personal items on a towel. Good tea 💙 they have a bus to the main locations for free every hour.
