Don’t stay at this. accommodation find somewhere else. It is hard to contact the accommodation. If there is an issue we booked two rooms for this place and we sent codes for three rooms. so after 24 hours of trying to contact this company we got through and we then sent another two rooms with codes. When we arrived we entered one of the rooms that actually had someone else’s luggage in the. unit. After many attempted phone calls, the people answered again. And yes extremely apologetic, although told us that they did not send those details through. When I sent an immediate photo to them. They were once again apologetic. They did refund the room cost as a Goodwill and kept on getting told system error, but that’s just not good enough , I understand that they taken over this place back in 2023 although you should have these bugs fixed by now

This motel is old but clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. Soft, fluffy white towels, comfy beds and powerful shower. Had everything we needed in the kitchenette and is an easy walk to the golf course. Check in was easy and management kept in touch. Will definitely stay again when in Narooma.

This place is a huge scam, we had a booking with a child and a senior, the disgusting person in the reception told us that our booking with Agoda was cancelled and was not room and literally told us "get out" without even give us time to say anything, that's the worst place ever, I has to drive back to Canberra to find a place. This business should be close and I will find the way to denounce them.

I travel a lot as a Rep and I can honestly say I have never been met at reception by a more disgusting, rude male person. He questioned my patience as when I arrived the reception door was locked, no lights on and a note on the door to ring a number if the office was unattended. He proceeded to open the door grumbling and then proceeded to argue with me why I had no patience and why I was ringing when he was there and it just took him a bit of time to open the door. I questioned why he had the door locked and no lights on if he was there. To which he kept on questioning my patience, which at this time, was becoming quite thin. After a long day of traveling this was the last thing I needed. If the booking had not been paid for I would have gone elsewhere. The room was average and had a bad smell. As previous reviews I have now read it seems to be normal for him and I would suggest as others that he find another line of work as obviously he is not happy in his current position. I would not recommend this property.

Had the unpleasant fortune of staying at this motel recently. The rooms were not as described, we were not given sufficient linen as booked and the manager was one of the most rude people I have ever encountered. At $176 per night, we expected the basics, but were sadly disappointed. This motel should not be able to charge such prices, and the manager needs to be more respectful of guests and their needs.

Trying to find a last minute room and found this place. The holiday lodge obviously books out due to availability in Narooma and it’s location is good. As for the owner? What a rude horrible man. Thought I would try for a 1pm check in, only an hour before I could. I was basically screamed at by this man that he was closed and the room wasn’t ready. I had booked a twin room for $176 a night. I had gone and done activities, he called at 4pm to say the room was ready and that he was going out. When I checked in no twin room. 1 bed and a sofa with no linen! Very disappointed. I tried to call to get linen but of course no answer. Would not recommend this hotel at all unless you are in desperate need to stay somewhere!

We've booked this place far in advance through Agoda and had our booking confirmed. When we arrived, man on reception rejected our booking in a very rude and bold manner telling that our booking does not exist anymore, so there is no room for us and goodbye. He stated that he tried to contact us, in fact I did not receive any messages from him, so I consider this as a scam. We believe he sold our room for higher price for someone as this booking was for the 1st week of January. No need to say that we couldn't find anything else and had to drive 200km away to find something, family with kid and senior person. The worst that he didn't fell sorry for what happened and was very rude. I alert all future customers to avoid this scam.
