This place is amazing. Honestly, I don’t really want to recommend it because I like it so much and kind of want to keep it as my own little secret. It’s more convenient if you have your own transportation. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and the room has everything you need for daily living. Highly recommended for people who enjoy cooking.

This was my first time staying at SANU, and I absolutely loved it. It's nestled in a forest, surrounded by nature, so I was a bit worried about cell service, but it turned out to be incredibly peaceful. Cooking while listening to my favorite music, waking up early to step out onto the terrace and listen to the sounds of nature – these were special experiences I could never have in the city. It was an experience that makes me want to go back again.

A very good experience, especially during the snowy season. Just make sure to get your key code sorted before checking in!

This is probably one of the better ESG-themed cabins in Japan. It's built with natural materials like cedar and beech, and has high-tech features. The fireplace is fully automatic, with internal recirculation that directly vents exhaust outside, preventing carbon monoxide poisoning. There are also various safety alarms, so overall it's reassuring. There's a platform outside, and plenty of dry wood nearby, so you can light your own campfire. The wood provided by the vendor is very easy to ignite.
