Awesome services, the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Super recommended to everyone, and the breakfast was very good. You don't need to go out everywhere, inside the hotel has everything u may be looking for. The location may not be so convenient for those people not driving, but luckily still have a bus stop nearby the hotel.

Very welcoming staffs. Great value with this level of service and experience, including breakfast and dinner. You got four or five restaurants as options for dinner. We had BBQ and Kaiseki, both delicious and impressive. You can get a taste of local specialties. We stayed in the south building but the main building looks more premium and probably newly renovated.

Hotel is located near the art museum and next to a beautiful beach with a wonderful sea view. There are two onsen and both are good. And there are several restaurants serving Japanese and French cuisines. The prices are reasonable and we enjoyed a wonderful French Kaiseki. The resort is well managed and guests are warmly greeted and helped with luggage on arrival and departure. It’s highly recommended.

the room very big very clean very comfort and provide free bottle water . Parking just outside the hotel . Nice sea view with baconly. Recommend to stay at this hotel . Buffet food is good need to book. Many activies here.

The room was large with beautiful views and comfortable beds. There was a pillow menu if required. I liked the on-site shop and was able to buy clothes, souvenirs and snacks. The staff were friendly and thorough in explaining the facilities and many spoke good English. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

A very relaxing resort

Good place. Very near bus stop. Good service from staffs. Delicious food. Many activities and playful.

Although it was cloudy, the view of the ocean was beautiful, the food was delicious, and I felt refreshed both physically and mentally.

The ocean view was great. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options, and the tuna cutting show was entertaining and fun!

We went there during Children's Day in Japan. There were many parent-child activities during those days, such as fishing, flying kites, and dancing Awa Odori. The children played various games and won prizes. Every staff member in the resort was very friendly. Even if they encountered staff members who had difficulty communicating in English, they would be very enthusiastic to find colleagues who could communicate in English. The high-rise sea view was unbeatable, and I got up early to watch the sunrise. I went to the hot springs every day. The male and female hot springs would change locations every day, which was very interesting. The family of three could also ride bicycles to Naruto Park to climb mountains and take a boat to see the whirlpools🌀, and then go to the Whirlpool Memorial. In short, it was very fulfilling to stay for 3 nights~
