First room I was given when I arrived and was going to shower there was a handicapped seat that was flipped up and had hair as someone e had shaved in there and other fluids . When I pulled the blanket down there was food crumbs all over the bed . I did have the manager come in and see for herself . She as well was taken back by the room not being clean. Then brought me to another room that had an old moist smell as if it was barely used and not Cleaned properly. Had a musky smell but didn’t want to deal with the manager again because she seemed to not really know that hotel and was laughing saying gif I have never been down these hallways . And was a bit off to me . She had left her phone in my room I did bring it down to her and decided I just needed rest and didn’t want to have to another adventure . But leaving there today I was a disappointed that I really wasted money on a dirty unkept hotel that has such a musky smell and I felt gross to have even stayed there . Never ever again

You never stayed we tried to cancel it the woman at the front desk was either not understanding didn't care because I wish you Priceline and the VIP number she does it anyways so it booked it but it didn't book it until the following night which I already had reservations at the Clarion inn airport in Manchester for the following night that's why we wanted to make sure that it was camping because we clicked on the wrong location. My husband is infuriated because she charged his card and he doesn't think he'll be getting it back. So he's like a card reimbursed.
