Pretty nice hotel. However no water was provided, that's why I give 1 points for amenities. Water is cheap and should be provided in any hotel. Very inconvenient when you arrive late from the flight and there is not a single bottle of water in your room.

This property is located in a very walkable area and right next to Printers Alley which brings you to the Main Street Broadway. Lots of choices on restaurants and bars in the area.

We chose to stay here solely based on proximity to Nissan Stadium, and that part was great. We walked to and from the concert on a safe, blocked-off road with many other people doing the same. We thankfully booked before prices skyrocketed, so the nightly price was good.
Everything else was just okay. Valet is a whopping $52/night and the valet lane was chaotic, but the valet guys were cordial. We waited 20 minutes to check-in at 5:30pm. The front desk ladies were nice but not particularly welcoming. The building itself is musty and dated but relatively clean. Our room stayed VERY humid throughout our stay, even our clothes and the bedding felt damp. It was decently comfortable otherwise. There are hardly any extra amenities. Ice machines and communal microwaves are only on certain floors. There are basics to make coffee in rooms as well as a small refrigerator. Nothing was necessarily bad about our stay, but nothing was spectacular either. Everything was just okay.

Unusual spot. Could not figure out the decor, etc. Understand it was under renovations. Did not know it was a time share. I have a time share and this is nothing like anything I have ever stayed at. Any time share I've stayed was much better than this. Location was convenient to a lot of stuff. No airport shuttle. Appreciate there was no pressure to sell me a time share.

All the services was excellent. The only thing that I didn't agree with was no commentary breakfast, pool, no microwave, refrigerator or free self parking. Friendly and clean environment.

Soaking wet
The shower curtain was up too high and water got all over the bathroom when I took a shower. I had to use all my allotted towels just to soak up the water all over the floor
